Description
The flat is accessible at ground level and without steps and is therefore also well suited for senior citizens High-quality furnishings with granite flooring, marble bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, cooking pots etc.
In the living area, the pull-out couch offers another sleeping accommodation next to the double bed - new mattresses in spring 2021 - (200 by 180 cm) in the bedroom. TV and radio with CD player.
Terrace: 4 chairs and a garden table.
The terrace is south-west facing. There you can enjoy the afternoon sun until the evening. Please note: This is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed
A free numbered parking space belongs to the flat.

You will find the large new outdoor wave pool and indoor swimming pool directly on the beach. The pool was opened in 2014.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Leider hatten wir bei unserem 14-tägigen Urlaub kein Glück. Sei es mit täglichem Lärm durch einen Gärtner der in der Zeit die Hecken ab 11 uhr bis nachmittags mit Gerät geschnitten hat oder auch das pampige und freche Auftreten der Vermittlungsdame. Wir sind sehr entäuscht darüber und werden dieses Ferienappartment nicht mehr mieten.

Lieber Gast,
im Mietvertrag ist geregelt, dass bis 10 Uhr die Wohnung zu verlassen ist. Hätten Sie sich an die Regeln gehalten wäre der Streit gar nicht entstanden.
Die Gartenanlage soll für die Gäste gut aussehen und werden somit während der Tageszeit gepflegt.
Jeder Gast hat sich bisher nach 20 jähriger Vermietung an die Abreiseregelung gehalten.

Kein erholsamer Urlaub
Die Matratzen der Wohnung Borkum/Nr.11 sind so durchgelegen, dass man nur noch auf dem Lattenrost liegt und so das Schlafen darin unmöglich ist. In der Wohnung riecht es dazu auch noch furchtbar nach alten Möbeln! Es ist eine Frechheit ,die Wohnung so zu vermieten!!! Wir haben eine Woche gebucht, haben jedoch unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen. Wir Informierten die Verwaltung und bekamen die Antwort.... "die Information liegt bereits vor, der Eigentümer tut jedoch nichts dagegen"
