The apartment:
From the hallway a staircase security gate to the two bedrooms is.
The downstairs living room is a cozy sitting area and a dining table, and a TV with cable TV (also German channels), radio, DVD player and Wifi. Some children's movies we have already placed ready.
The separated kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.
On the same floor there are also the toilet and separate shower. A washing machine and a spin dryer are available.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one with double bed, sink and cot and another with a single bed. On all beds are provided ready-related duvets and pillows.
In the summer house Smoking is NOT permitted! Even pets are NOT in the
summerhouse

The municipality of Bergen consists of 6 villages, Egmond aan Zee, Egmond aan de Hoef, Egmond Binnen, Bergen, Schoorl and Groet. Egmond aan Zee is the most famous place of Egmonden and depending Originated as a fishing village but since the beginning of last Jahhunderts of importance for tourism. Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Herr Gouda ist ein super netter Vermieter .Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen da wir die Matratzen und sehr bequem fanden.Fussläufig zu den Dünen und zum Sandstrand geht mann ganz bequem in ein paar Minuten. Die lage ist super .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!
Leider sehr enttäuschend und nicht Fotos entsprechend! Kleine und sehr unreine Wohnung, Staub wie fleckiges und speckiges Sofa, weder Kind noch Seniorengeeignet, steile Treppenleiter ohne Geländer ( gefährlich ) führt zu den Schlafzimmern! Draussen sitzen kaum möglich, da 2 große Aschentonnen neben dem Tisch stehen. Stinkt!!
Ebenso alles voller Wespen!
Vermieter unfreundlich. Verbietet Besuch zu empfangen bzw schreibt vor wie lange er bleiben darf!!

Top Urlaub im gemütlichen Sommerhaus!
Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlich eingerichteten Sommerhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wesly, der Besitzer, hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Alles was Sie brauchen ist vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine! Die Betten haben gut geschlafen. Und wir waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strandeingang Süd, am Strandpavillon Zilvermeeuw, wo wir sehr gut gegessen hatten. Wir waren auch in einem 5-minütigen Spaziergang im Dorf, wo am Sonntagnachmittag eine gute Live-Band spielte. Der köstlichste Fisch, der im Vissuper gegenüber vom Supermarkt Jumbo ist der leckerste den wir je gegessen haben. Wir werden Sommerhaus Zon en Zee auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! :-)

Alles sauber
Prima Wohnung ,war alles sauber und da was man braucht.Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind völlig ausreichend.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, immer wieder gerne.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage
Sehr netter und zuverlässiger Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Darstellungen der Bilder. Sehr ruhige Lage... dennoch ist alles fußläufig super zu erreichen (egal ob Strand, Dünen oder Stadtzentrum mit diversen Lokalitäten). Für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß und entsprechend eingerichtet. Lediglich die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist wirklich sehr steil und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dies gilt natürlich erst recht für Kinder.

Ideale Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage, man ist schnell am Strand, in den Dünen oder im Ort. Sie ist ruhig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft schnell bei Bedarf. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus und man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Strand.
Es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht.

Super
Wir waren letztes Jahr schon in Egmond, allerdings in einem anderen Haus. Da dieses hier günstiger war, haben wir dort eine Woche verbracht.
Ich kann nur sagen, alles war sauber, super Service, Fahrräder kann man sich dort direkt leihen und alles was man sonst noch braucht war auch schon da.
Ohne Frage würde ich dort nächste Jahr wieder buchen.

Alles in Ordnung Preis leistung verhältnis sehr gut
das zweite mal das wir in diese Wohnung Urlaub gemacht haben und nächste jahr bestimmt wieder , alles in der nähe Strand und Centrum innerhalb ein par Minuten zu erreichen.
Fahräder und Parkkarte werden zu verfügung gestellt. und der persönliche kontakt mit der Vermieter ist superrrrrr
