The bright, generously furnished terrace flat "Hus Nemo" (70 sqm - non-smokers) offers space for 2 to 4 pers
The living room, furnished with solid furniture in country house style, includes a large living/dining area, a bedroom with double bed, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower room with washing machine and hairdryer, and has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and all necessary accessories.
There is also a satellite TV with USB connection and a micro hi-fi system: playback of CD, MP3, USB connection, iPhone/iPod compatible.
The sun terrace facing southwest and the garden area around the flat with garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to relax.
A parking space belongs to the flat. A covered bicycle shelter and a table tennis table are available for our guests on the 3500 sqm property.

For those who are looking for peace and seclusion in untouched nature, who want to watch cranes and other seabirds, who want to enjoy the austere charm of the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", who like hiking, horseback riding, cycling, fishing or water sports, Rügen's small, quiet neighbour island Ummanz is just right. Ummanz is a "must" for surfing fans, who find ideal conditions on the Bodden.
The Ummanz peninsula is famous for its cranes, which stop here every year in spring and autumn on their migration to their summer and winter quarters.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the Rügen baths, which are nevertheless easily accessible, lies the idyllic fishing village of Waase directly behind the bridge that connects Ummanz with Rügen. A small bathing area (natural beach) is about 400m away. In Suhrendorf (4km) there is a larger shallow-water bathing spot with a view of the island of Hiddensee and a surfing and kite school.

The Ummanz Haflinger Breeding invites you to go horseback riding and romantic carriage rides.
Knowledge about nature is imparted on the 1.9 km long forest adventure trail "Des Försters Wald".
A crane observation station is located in Tankow, 2 km away. There, the birds of happiness indulge in a unique natural spectacle in spring and autumn

Vacation home knocks you out Ummanz :-)
A great holiday home with everything you could imagine. The furnishings and equipment leave nothing to be desired, everything is available down to the smallest detail! In addition, the decor is very tasteful and well-maintained!! The location is also good for exploring by car. In Bergen, 12 kilometers away, there are many shopping opportunities (Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl and others). Waase is a very quiet and well-maintained place that invites you to take walks - also by the water. From the terrace, deer can be observed on an opposite meadow in the morning and evening! Pure idyll! We can only recommend this holiday home, it is simply top!!!

Super great holiday accommodation, happy to come back anytime!!!!
We stayed in this holiday flat in summer 2022 and were very enthusiastic. A very friendly and competent caretaker welcomed us and explained the most important things. It is a very spacious flat with lots of room and best of all, dogs are allowed!!!! The bathing bay is within walking distance and the supermarket is about 10 minutes away by car. Pure relaxation!
A very great, clean and well equipped flat. Very quiet location, only nature from morning to evening. We felt very comfortable.
There are many possibilities for cycling and there is also a small beach nearby. Otherwise, Rügen is generally a worthwhile holiday destination. We can highly recommend the accommodation. Many thanks to the landlords and the nice caretaker!

Kurtz Urlaub
Wir durften das Objekt für ein Besuch bei Störtebeker buchen und haben uns gleich richtig wohl gefühlt . Sauber, alles da was man braucht und Vermieter mit den man auch mal noch Schreiben kann wen Fragen sind oder Anregungen .
Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder auch wen die Anfahrt für uns mit fast 8Stunden weit ist, die Erholung dort ist so fort da.
Ruhe, Idyllisch, mit dem Auto alles erreichbar.
Man geht mit den Pferden schlafen und wacht mit Vogel Gesänge auf wer das erleben will ist da genau richtig.
DANKE für die schöne ,kurze Zeit!!
PS: Ich bin beweglich eingeschränkt und habe dort auf nix verzichten müssen.
Auch Menschen mit Handikap kommen da gut zurecht .

Schöne Wohnung - ruhige Lage
Wir waren schon drei Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Selbst unsere Hunde fühlten sich sauwohl! Der Ort Waase ist ein ruhiges Plätzchen,von wo aus man schnell in alle Richtungen der Insel kommt und trotzdem einen Urlaub genießen kann!

Empfehlenswert
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit zwei Kindern und unseren Vierbeinern dort verbracht. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall! Eine liebevolle eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Zum Strand musste man etwas fahren, da wir aber sehr unternehmungslustig sind war das für uns kein Problem. Der Vermieter sowie der Hausmeister sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch an die Familie Detke wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Sehr schöne Fewo - ruhig und nah an der Natur
Wir (4 Personen, davon 2 gehbehindert) waren schon zum dritten Mal da. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Sie ist auch für leicht mobil eingeschränkte Personen geeignet, da alles ebenerdig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und man ist schnell in der Natur. Der Service (Bettwäsche/Handtücher etc.) ist gut und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Die Fewo ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.
