Description
The house is located on the edge of the holiday village of Sehestedt. From the terrace you have an unobstructed view over the Untermoor. The house is furnished for 4 people and consists of a living room with adjoining kitchen, bedroom, children's room, shower/WC and hallway. The living area is 62 sqm. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. From the living room you reach the large, partly covered terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), wardrobe and 2 night consoles. The children's room has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a night console. On a gallery, which is also used for playing, there is a desk. There is no standing height for adults under the gallery!
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate cooker, coffee machine and microwave.
The kitchen, hallway and bathroom are tiled, the other rooms have floorboards
The flat is suitable for allergy sufferers, for this reason no pets are allowed.
There is a carport for your car right next to the entrance door.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday village of Sehestedt is the ideal holiday destination for people who are looking for the experience of nature and tranquillity. It is located in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
Thanks to its central location, you can reach many tourist destinations on the Jade Bay, the East Frisian North Sea coast, Butjadingen and the Wesermarsch from Sehestedt. You can also reach the cities of Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven and Oldenburg by car in about 25 minutes. Many well-signposted cycle paths lead through the Wesermarsch and Butjadingen.
The beach restaurant is open from mid-May to mid-September
The town of Varel is about 10 minutes away by car.

Cancellation terms:

This amounts to a percentage of the total price: - Up to 45 days before the start of the trip, 10% of the travel price, with a minimum of 25.00 €. - Up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 25% of the travel price. - From the 29th day or if not claimed, 90% of the travel price. The cancellation fee is waived if the tenant can prove that the landlord suffered no or only minor damage.

Lovely holiday home with stunning sea views.
Beautiful holiday home with good facilities.
Absolutely unobstructed view into the vast nature.
Not "overrun" but clean and well-maintained.
We enjoyed a great time here with our children.

Beautiful cosy holiday home
We spent a wonderful holiday week with 4 people in this cosily furnished house. We wanted for nothing and felt very comfortable!
The corner shop, which is within walking distance, is also worth a visit! You can get almost everything you need there!
Our conclusion is: This accommodation is definitely to be recommended!

Super Unterkunft
We were able to spend a wonderful holiday in this house with our 2 children. It is quiet and in a beautiful location. The communication with the landlord was very friendly, and we received great tips for excursions. We hope to be able to spend our holiday in 2016 in this house as well.
