Exclusive house with pool and sea views, only 4km from the sandy beach. The Design Villa, 100sqm of living space, has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 12000qm Extensive grounds with olive trees. Carovigno, 4km.

Large-scale windows characterize the modern home and offer panoramic views of the pool and mature olive groves. The light-filled house is ideal for a stay well outside the usual summer months.

The stylish interiors ensures a comfortable superior amenities. Central area is the living room with an elegant open kitchen. Light, natural shades dominate the interior.

The bedrooms are located on each side of the living area:
