Vacation home CEDRO -130 sqm, situated inside a property called "Villa La Paiola", has been recently renovated. The house is located on three levels and is surrounded by green garden with a panoramic terrace. The house consists of: two double bedrooms, one with a lake view. The living / dining room with kitchenette (5-burner gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Krups coffee machine). The living has sofà bed for 2 persons. The wooden mezzanine contains two single beds. The small room for the wardrobe. Three bathrooms with shower. The living room opens the French door into the terrace with a breathtaking view. The terrace is set up for outdoor dining.
The vacation home Cedro can accommodate up to 5 people.
You will find welcome basket on arrival.
A baby cot is available on request.
The swimming pool 12 x 6 x 1,5m is within walking distance of the house. Is to share.

Take a seat in our spacious and comfortable houses with garden overlooking the lake and enjoy the splendid view of the natural reserve of Lake Vico in the area of the Cimini Mountains (860 m a.s.l.), in the area of the historical villas: Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, Villa Lante in Bagnaia, The view you can enjoy is breathtaking from every corner of the property, while the surrounding nature is enveloping and gives a pleasant feeling of peace and tranquility. The nature of Lake Vico frames the panorama in front of the house. The property is located near the picturesque road historically known as Via Francigena, and can be reached from Rome via Via Cassia Bis in 50 minutes. From the entrance gate you will reach a true corner of paradise, where the view is truly incredible and will take your breath away! Unique landscape. We are waiting for you!
