This deluxe holiday flat is located directly by the sea, is part of a small holiday complex away from the mass tourism between kitesurfing and loose net. The spacious two-room flat (120 sqm) has a large terrace, living room, bedroom, 2 WC - 1 in the bathroom, the other on the floor, bathroom with whirlpool. The living room, which is a passage room, has complete glass front to the sea. In the living room there are additional sleeping possibilities (2 sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The bedroom is also completely furnished. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with whirlpool.
The flat is suitable for two to four adults or a family with one or two children.

The holiday home is located 1 km south of the holiday resort of Kiten and 6 km south of Primorsko - in both places you will find countless recreational possibilities. The Stradja Mountains are 5 km away and offer beautiful hiking routes for the active holidaymakers. Further leisure possibilities are fishing in the river Karaagatsch (distance 200m), boat trips in the nature reserve Ropotamo (distance 10km), trips to Sosopol, Burgas, Zarevo or also Istanbul (300km). Our holiday resort extends over 3000 m² above the rocks and the picturesque bay. From the southern beach of Kiten, a long sandy beach with many entertainment possibilities, you can reach the resort on foot (walk along the coast) in about 15 minutes. Directly in front of the house is a picturesque beach with fine sand in the middle of the beach and shells at the ends towards the rocks. The beautiful bays guarantee a special kind of nature experience and invite you to spend romantic evenings. Another long sandy beach stretches to the south, with an impressive rock formation jutting into the sea in the middle. This beach can also be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The distances to the nearest beaches and towns are as follows:
