The house was completely renovated and brought to an extremely modern standard. The three bathrooms were also completely renovated.
3 LED flat screen TVs are available in the house (in each of the two bedrooms and in the living room)

The garden is completely fenced and therefore suitable for dogs.
Washing machine, dryer, bed linen, towels can be booked for a flat rate of 8,- Euro per night (not per person).
When arriving with a dog, the linen package is obligatory to book.

In Bad Kötzing (10 kilometres away) there is a new state casino and a thermal bath. The Chrupfalzpark (leisure park) is only 8 kilometres away.

The settlement is extremely dog-friendly and almost every holidaymaker here has their four-legged friend with them.
A new adventure playground is nearby.
There is a shop, bakery, butcher and various restaurants in the village.

Attention
Unfortunately, the property behind this great house is regularly sprayed with plant-killer and if you look out of the window, you can see a completely destroyed landscape, bordering green neighbouring properties with insect hotels....
Is that necessary in such a holiday resort? Why no planting with ground covers?

Älters Ehepaar mit kleinen Hund
sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit einen kleinen Eingezäunten Gärtchen. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie zb Brotkorb und ein Tablet war alles vorhanden. Wir würden das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.
