The Holiday home
It's great and relax when you sit in this romantic villa on the terrace overlooking the pool area and the hills. The villa is in winter 2013/14 completely renovated on the inside and makes the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms rooms are completely new and are exchanged with modern conveniences. The villa is tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden and offers plenty of privacy. The living room (30 m ²) and the open kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment and are connected to the main terrace connected by a large sliding door. Following the kitchen is a conservatory is where you can enjoy to spend a delicious breakfast or long evenings. There are three bedrooms. Two rooms have two single beds (90 x 200) and 1 bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200) and a private shower. The bathroom has a double sink, shower and toilet. In the villa there is a second separate toilet. Following the living room is the main terrace with dining table. By a few steps you get to the main pool terrace where there is enough space to install the lounge chairs an Internet connection. The heated swimming pool (8 x 4) has a walk-in stairs and has everywhere the same depth. On the large grounds (3000 m ²) there are several places, so that you can easily find a place to relax. The conservatory is a perfect growth, particularly in spring and autumn to enjoy the warmth of the low sun. Of course there is a barbecue. The parking for the car at the front of the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The parking for the car at the front of the property. 7 minutes by car is a larger village (Olonzac) with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and other businesses. Nor is there every Tuesday a large, traditional market. Nearby there are many idyllic places to discover (walking or cycling) and the beach is a 40min. away by car. 10 minutes away, there is a small lake (Lac de Jouarres), where you can swim, exercise surfing and other activities or just sunbathing. The special wine region, the location of the villa and the garden surrounding the villa make this vacation spot ideal for the enjoyment of people. Location: Pouzols-Minervois. 11120
