The distance to the sea and white sandy beach of "Baia di Nora" and the center of PULA is only about 1,000 meters and can be very well done on foot.
At about 55 square meters, this apartment offers a max. Occupancy of 4 persons and is divided as follows:

The apartment is in a new housing estate on the outskirts of Pula. The sea and shops can be reached on foot.
Distance from the airport CAGLIARI only 32 km - from OLBIA approx 3 hours drive and ALGHERO approx hours. The beautiful tourist resort PULA ( Ew.) Offers all shopping, leisure and service opportunities. Excellent restaurants spoil you with Sardinian menus. In the July to September ensure in Piazza nightly performances for entertainment and do not get bored
In about 2 km away is the theme park "BLUFAN" with the super water slides - a pleasure for young and old. The golf course "Is Molas" (18 holes) is about 4 km away. Riding stables, sports facilities and cultural attractions offered throughout the region. Nearest sandy beach "Baia di Nora" is only about 1,000 meters.
All other beautiful sandy beaches of this region as "St`Margherita" - "Chia" and "Tuerredda" are within easy reach.
