Our barrier-free comfort house is one of 30 houses on a 15-hectare natural plot in the Augustenhof beach village. This holiday village on Rosenfelder Strand is located north of Dahme on the Baltic Sea coast in Schleswig-Holstein. The Arphus is about 400 m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the advantages of a small eco-holiday village with personal charm. In the morning you can see the sun rise over the dyke and in the evening a unique experience awaits you: the sunset over the fields. The Arphus is characterised - like all holiday homes in the Augustenhof beach village - by its wooden construction and green roof. It also has a photovoltaic and solar thermal system. The walls plastered with clay provide an exceptional indoor climate. Handicapped and wheelchair accessible, ecological.
The Arphus is 82 sqm (incl. a 10 sqm utility room with washing machine and storage facilities). The walls are plastered with clay and painted with natural paint. All doors are 1 m wide. Wooden ramps lead to the entrance doors so that wheelchair users can easily enter the spacious house. The furniture is made of oiled solid wood. The house has underfloor heating, fireplace and filtered forced ventilation. In the bathroom there is a ground level floor enclosure, grab rails in the shower and toilet area and a tilting mirror. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, such as ceramic hob, oven at handle height, microwave, fridge/freezer combination with Biofresh compartment. etc.

The Arphus is surrounded by fields and meadows. Cars are parked in central parking spaces after loading and unloading. Exception: disabled persons may park in front of the house.
The Arphus offers you more than a normal holiday home. Our aspiration is to make you feel at home on holiday.
You have the possibility to buy a selection of organic products in the community house of the beach village Augustenhof, to order bread rolls for breakfast. The meat and sausage products and the fresh vegetables all come from organic farmers in the region. There is also a sauna and a whirlpool at your disposal.
In Dahme, four kilometres away, there is a beach spa facility with all the offerings for wellness, rehab, exercise pool and much more.

| Discount: From September to June you get after the 5th day 20% discount on all further days during this period. In July and August, if you rent for a period of more than 14 days, you will receive a 20% discount on all further days. Bed linen, towels and, if necessary, a cot and high chair are included in the price. There are no additional costs for these either. You do not pay visitor's tax at Stranddorf Augustenhof! Information: The day of arrival and departure count as one day, the day of arrival is decisive for the price. You can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The booked holiday home is at your disposal from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the house by 10 am. The minimum rental period is 5 days or nights. Occupancy of the houses with more persons than there are beds in the house, is not permitted (except for a cot). With the order of a holiday house we ask for a deposit of 10 % of the holiday house rent to the account 61 001 244 Sparkasse Holstein (BLZ 213 522 40). You can pay the rest of the rent in cash or by EC card after your holiday in the beach village. If you - for whatever reason - withdraw from your rental contract, we will keep the deposit you have paid to cover our costs. If your cancellation reaches us more than 8 weeks before the booked date, you will not incur any further costs. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before the date you will owe us the full rent - unless we can find another tenant for this period A shortening of the agreed rental period is not possible. |

The beach village of Augustenhof, situated on 15 hectares of natural land, borders Dahme in Ostholstein to the north. The Arphus is on the edge of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields. Here is absolute peace and quiet. The wide, fine sandy beach is only 400 m away through the village and the dike foreland. There are many possibilities for excursions: Heiligenhafen and the island of Fehmarn in the north, Grömitz, Neustadt and Lübeck in the south. A special attraction is the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival in summer with venues in the immediate vicinity. It is well worth a visit. The well-developed network of traffic routes is perfect for cycling. Even in winter, a holiday on the snow-covered Baltic Sea is something very special. prices
