We rent out an approx. 40 sqm holiday flat for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in the quiet amber resort of Kölpinsee on Usedom in Germany. We offer a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The flat has 2 small terraces with barbecue facilities, a small garden and a private parking space for your car. The beach is about 400m away. In the adjacent forest, between Kölpinsee and Koserow, you can take long walks (steep coast) or go cycling. The holiday flat costs 72,-€/night in the high season (beginning of June-end of August and ) and 62,-€/night in the low season (rest of the time). You can either bring your own bed linen and towels or book them in addition (for 1-2 pers. - one-time 20,-€ and 3-4 pers. - one-time 35,-€). We are also happy to provide you with a baby travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Of course you can also bring a dog, which then costs 5,-€/night. Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located on a dead-end street, approx. 400 m from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach opposite an extensive beech forest, almost on the European long-distance cycle path. Kölpinsee is one of 4 amber spas on the island of Usedom and is located between Ückeritz and Koserow on the B110. You can also travel by the Usedom Bäderbahn, the railway station, where the bakery and the local museum are also located, is about 600m away. You can also enjoy fishing in the local Kölpinsee lake. In the neighbouring village of Koserow you will find a Netto supermarket, a drinks market, a savings bank, the Stolz department stores', Karls Strawberry Farm (farmers' market), a pharmacy and many nice restaurants. In Kölpinsee there are also nice restaurants, fish smokehouses, waffle and ice cream shops as well as a bicycle rental and in the Strandhotel (300m from the holiday flat) a hairdresser and a bowling alley. There is also a riding school for children in the Loddin district.

| The Kölpinsee seaside resort charges a visitor's tax from the beginning of April to the end of October. Please ask the landlord for the prices and they will also be settled with the landlord on arrival or the spa cards will be issued. We charge a one-time fee of € 5 per dog per night. Up to 2 dogs are welcome; up to 4 dogs on request. You can either bring your own bed linen and towels or book them (for 1-2 persons - one-time 15,-€ and from 3 persons - one-time 30,-€). Dish towels and the bed linen and bedding for the baby travel cot provided free of charge are included. |
