Description
The ground floor flat (65 m²) has a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double bed, 1x 2 separate beds with a third pull-out underneath), hallway and small shower room. The terrace faces south, with parasol and garden furniture.
The furnishing is very individual and comfortable. In the living room you will find a dining table, a sitting area (TV, CD player), a kitchenette with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with *** compartment, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and much more.
In the utility room (ground floor) you will find the washing machine and a small sauna (for 2 persons) and 1 additional shower.
You will sleep on latex mattresses under sheep's wool, llama or down duvets. Bed linen and towels (100% cotton) can be provided on request. The living rooms are covered with wooden parquet, coconut and wool carpets. Both flats have access to the utility room on the ground floor with washing machine and small sauna (2 pers.) as well as an additional shower.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Haus an der Sonne" is situated in pretty, green surroundings, quiet and yet only a few minutes' walk from all shops and many pubs. The south terrace faces the garden and the surrounding green properties
To the wide and endlessly long, fine sandy north beach and also to the Darß forest you walk about a quarter of an hour. The west beach is also easy to reach by bicycle
One flat is on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor, both facing the quiet and sunny garden.

I have been renting out this house since 2000 and also use it myself at times with my family. Many years as a traveller and user of holiday flats have inspired me to create friendly, practical and cosy flats. I think with success, because since 2000 I have many satisfied guests who come back year after year. On site, a manager takes care of the house and guests and also arranges the handing over of the keys with you.
