Nice holiday flat for 2 to max. 5-7 persons. Spend the most beautiful weeks in the Chiemgau apartment****.
The self-contained holiday flat is very spacious with 92m² and offers you enough space for the whole family on Sundays and rainy days.
In the living room you can relax on the sofa, read an interesting book or watch a good film, a satellite TV with DVD player is waiting for you.
In the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee/ ) with dining area you can conjure up a healthy meal together with your family. The extendable table is also ideal for long game evenings!
The flat also has two bedrooms (1 master bedroom with additional day bed or children's bed and 1 double bedroom).
If you have a spontaneous visit from home over the weekend on your motorbike, we can offer you another small guest room (with double bed) in your holiday flat.
An electric barbecue is available for nice barbecue evenings or, as a highlight for the children, a campfire site in the large garden - these little experiences will take you away from the stress of everyday life! You can use the WLAN network to surf the Internet or check your e-mails.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is comfortably situated on the edge of Waging, the cycle path adjacent to the property takes you to the lake or the town centre in a good 10 minutes. The warmest lake in Upper Bavaria is happy to present itself to its visitors. Adventurous travellers will appreciate the central location, you can simply laze by the lake or actively explore the surrounding area (Salzburg, Munich, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden). We have prepared hiking maps for you - so nothing stands in the way of a tour through the marvellous Alpine foothills! In the evening, the grown-ups can look forward to a cool refreshment in one of the beer gardens, while the little ones make new friends.

Very beautiful holiday
We can highly recommend this apartment. The hosts are super nice and are happy to answer any questions. We didn't want for anything. We were even spoiled with homemade nut pastries. Everything is clean and very tidy. If we are ever in the area again, we will be happy to come back. We were also very pleased with the specially compiled trip through Salzburg. The city map with tips and tricks was very helpful. Keep up the good work and best regards from the coast.

Large cosy flat
My two children, my wife and my parents-in-law felt very comfortable in this flat. It had everything you would normally need in a holiday flat. There was plenty of space for everyone: parents-in-law had their own bedroom, we had our own and the children had their own, and there was also an extra bed in our room, kitchen, hallway and living room.
The location is also pretty good. You can reach everything that is interesting in the area very quickly. We have been to Chiemsee, Salburg, Ruhpoldung and so on. In Waging a. See, the kids were especially looking forward to mini-golf.
The landlord is very nice and helpful. There is an information board in the flat where you can read the owner's recommendations on what to do
There are also shops nearby, Edeka, Lidl.
I can only recommend the flat and would stay there again.
