Description
at the edge of the medieval city, in the pure nature, not far from the sea, on foot in the city, the castle and in the forest: a perfect location to enjoy everything may yet have to rest.

A very large and very nice terrace, with table, chairs and sun loungers, access to the garden (1000 sqm available, with benches and birds).
The bedroom has a large bed (200x160) with good mattress), the living room is modern and pleasant, the kitchen has everything you need.
In Provence, near the sea, beautiful scenery. From the house you can on the one hand in the 'Garrigue' go (evergreen bushes, with rosemary, thyme, lavender ...), directly to a path. On the other hand, go to the city (3mn by car if they do not want to go ... but it is so nice to walk), beautiful medieval town.
You want to spend a great week at the seaside, while having space and quiet living in nature with the cicadas? our cats will greet and perhaps some figs will be ripe; -) ...
The garden is wild part, so that the bees and the birds find their place ... the water which we use to pour the garden, coming from the roof, is retained over the dry summer and then used.

A beautiful villa apartment in a quiet area in the open and, yet only 15mn walk from the medieval city center, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean garden, 5km to the sea (there are 22km long beaches in Hyères, of all varieties .. Sand, Rock ... to see! with wind, no wind, with things under the water, or with fine golden sand).
To the port to go to the islands, you need 10mn (Golden Island: Port Cros, Porquerolles, Le Levant), cinema and everything available. Perfect for a summer holidays :-)

Beautiful holiday flat
The flat is very well equipped, everything was available for our needs. Ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet, but still within easy reach of the old town and the beautiful beaches. The hosts are open-minded, helpful and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the property.

Again and again with pleasure
A very nice 2 room flat that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is top, for those who are looking for peace and nature and still want to walk into town
Getting to the house is not for the faint-hearted - but with practice it can be done ;)
In addition, the landlords are always responsive, have good tips and are (if necessary) also very caring.
We will be very happy to come back.

Beautiful time on the Cote Azur
The house and the location are wonderful. We liked Hyeres with its many beautiful beaches. The town is quite big and you definitely need a car. The house is in the hills - but the town is within walking distance. The flat is nicely furnished, you will find everything you need. The large terrace is wonderful. We were also happy about the daily cat visit.
Muriel was away during our stay, but the contact before and during was great. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

For nature lovers
The view from the terrace, a dream, the stone terraces with the great Mediterranean plants and rock above. You can sit on one of the stone terraces and enjoy the sunset over the valley to Toulon, of course with a glass of wine. Very friendly and considerate landlady who lives in the front part of the house--the approach to the house--spectacular--not for lowered cars.

Dreamlike holiday
We really enjoyed our days in Muriel's flat. The quiet location is perfect for couples who want to enjoy some togetherness. The sunsets are a dream. Especially at the Plage de l'Almanarre and at the ruins, which can be easily reached on foot. The driveway to the flat takes some getting used to. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Muriel in person. The contact with her was great and she speaks good German. All in all, it was just perfect - THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful vacation in the south of France
The house is fully equipped with everything you need and has a very nice terrace. Tip: definitely walk up to the castle for sunset, you can reach it on foot.
There is a lot of beautiful things to see in the area and Muriel, the host, is very nice and speaks very good German.
We can only recommend the apartment.

Relaxing summer vacation
We spent 3 relaxed weeks in this beautiful holiday apartment. The location in the Oberstadt, away from the hustle and bustle, is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. From there you can go on great hikes and easily walk to the old town in the evenings. Simply perfect. It is also not far by car to the many beaches. The apartment was super clean, freshly renovated, and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed our time.

South of France - Provence
We were able to enjoy a wonderful time at Muriel's. She fulfilled every wish of ours and her extensive knowledge and tips for excursions near Hyeres were very helpful to us. The steep approach takes some getting used to, but otherwise there is no criticism at all. We will gladly come back to this apartment when the next opportunity arises.

We spent truly wonderful days at the accommodation! Adventures in Hyères
Even getting there is an adventure: you drive the last kilometre high above the coastal town of Hyères on a steep rocky single-lane road, but you are rewarded by a breathtaking view and a quiet domicile. From there, you can reach the beautiful old town on foot in 20 minutes. The castle, a restored ruin, is also within walking distance. Several varied beaches can be reached by car in a short time.
One feels immediately familiar in the well-equipped flat, because Muriel speaks perfect German and can give thorough information on all questions. Her warm manner, the time she took for us and her interest made our stay a feel-good experience

Jewel in beautiful surroundings!!!
This was our 2nd time here and we will come again. The flat is very well equipped and has a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the Toulon valley. The flat is situated on a hill. However, the old town of Hyeres can also be reached on foot. The location of the flat was ideal for us, as it is also very quiet. The sea is 15 minutes away by car. The landlords are very friendly and support guests in word and deed. In the meantime, we have an almost friendly relationship. Next year we want to come again.

Favorite vacation home
For the third time (summer 2015, autumn 2016, summer 2017), we spent our holidays at Muriel and Nico's. This speaks for the dreamlike ambiance, the good equipment of the apartment, and the warm care provided by the hosts! This time, we were lucky culinary-wise as the figs in the holiday garden ripened during our stay, allowing us to cook jam with a view of the fig trees from the kitchen window. And we could more than enjoy fresh figs to our heart's content! We still need all the stars of this world for an appropriate evaluation!! MANY THANKS to Muriel and Nico!!!

Expectations exceeded
Even before the start of the vacation, we felt very warmly welcomed by the landlady. Her response to our inquiry was extremely quick, and everything was settled smoothly and quickly. To avoid the traffic jams on the French highway, we were even able to arrive one day earlier for free! However, the final stretch to the house requires some driving skill due to its narrowness and curves, depending on the size of the car. But you get used to it. Otherwise, the small property is extremely quiet and lovingly maintained, without any noise. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. Special thanks to the friendly Muriel and her Nico for their great, unobtrusive care - booking was a stroke of luck! If we could, we would give 12 stars!!!

A dream spot for two! Very nicely furnished annex, with a large terrace, garden use, and a wonderful view of the gentle hilly landscape and the valley below,
sunset atmosphere guaranteed! ! ! ! ! Super starting point for exploring the beautiful beaches and landscapes and the city center, and so on. . . . . . . Gratefully, we accepted the numerous insider tips from the caring and very nice landlady; unfortunately, we couldn't do everything, so we will come back soon! We give a full starry sky from us!!!!

A completely successful vacation!

We stayed in a very beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment with all amenities. The landlords were extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. The excellent German skills of the landlady were very convenient for us poor French-speaking Germans. Always happy to do it again
Prior to our trip, we had a very nice email contact with the landlady, who speaks German very well. Since she was not present, we were warmly welcomed by French friends who were on vacation with their children in the house. With a separate entrance, one does not get in each other's way.
The house is very secluded in a beautiful location directly under the cliffs, yet only 1.5 km to the historic old town (in the evening and on foot only with a flashlight). You have to get used to the approach a bit, but once you know your way around, it's no longer a problem. It goes through narrow paths, and one must hope that no oncoming traffic appears. The entrance is very steep, and the remote-controlled gate must be factored in. It's best to stay at the bottom, then open the gate and drive up in one go.
The apartment is very functional and tastefully decorated. Everything you need for cooking is available. We particularly liked the kitchen window, which can be slid open and used as a pass-through to the terrace. The terrace provides shade during the day, which is excellent in hot weather (sun in the mornings and evenings). The bed was great and the bathroom very good.
We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would love to come back! It is highly recommended, especially for couples in love! ! ! !

Beautiful and peaceful!
A week of pure happiness in the hill, well received, everything was very clean, we are 10 minutes walk from the city center of the pretty town of Hyères, one minute from hiking trails, 10 minutes from the beach... and the garden, the Provencal garden! Recommended for everyone. We will come back!

Pure relaxation!
The accommodation is characterized by its beautiful hillside location in absolutely quiet nature. Nevertheless, the paths to the city, the beach, and sights are pleasantly short. Wonderful accommodation
Beautiful, lovingly and modernly furnished apartment. All kitchen utensils are also available. Everything very clean, just to feel good.
