Description
On the hillside, the beautifully landscaped semi-detached house is overlooking a romantic sandy beach cove.
Outside there are a garden terrace and a large balcony terrace, offering panoramic sea views.
On the ground floor are the 2013 newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and living room with fireplace and a spacious seating area. Through sliding glass elements a living room offers access to large balcony terrace with panoramic ocean views.
Upstairs are a 2016 newly renovated modern bathroom with large shower and two bedrooms, which were in 2014 equipped with new windows and mosquito protection and are designed for two people.

The house "Casa Smootje" lies amid Almadrababucht, two bays ( km) behind the actual center of Roses, near a nature reserve, ideal for walking. The picturesque sandy beach is 200 m away from the house and is perfect for diving, swimming and surfing. For Dining options include romantic little bars and restaurants, or the location in the bay small supermarket. The house is located on a hillside with panoramic views of the sea. The historic village of Roses (Spanish Rosas) has about 20,000 inhabitants and is situated in the autonomous region of Catalonia in Spain at the northern edge of the Gulf of Roses in the province of Girona. Endless beaches and hidden coves with crystal clear waters provide opportunities for various water sports. The city next to historic buildings on restaurants, shops, nightclubs and bars. A romantic harbor, near natural areas and art museums give the place a special flair. Excursions for example to the water park, the go-kart track or paragliding can vacation round.

The in May 2013 newly fitted kitchen contains all major household appliances (microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, blender, electric grill, oven, iron). In summer 2014, the bedroom windows have been renewed and equipped with mosquito nets. The living room window was enriched to a large glass sliding element to large balcony terrace. The bathroom was Easter 2016 modern renovated and now has a generous shower element. The smaller terrace has been renovated and equipped with massive stone furniture.

Dream view in quiet surroundings
We spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The flat is comfortably furnished and very clean. The view over the bay is indescribably beautiful. We went by car to the nearby beach to save the steep walk back to the house :-). There is public wifi available for a fee, which we didn't use because our mobile phones logged into the existing network with 4G. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and friendly. We would book the holiday home again.

Great holiday home with a wonderful view of the sea!
Perfectly located and top-equipped house that leaves nothing to be desired.
It is not only lovingly furnished but also more than adequately equipped. The balcony with the view of the bay is unique and inviting to linger.
The contact with the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated, and everything worked perfectly.
We can highly recommend this holiday home.

Perfect holiday!
The flat is lovingly furnished and offers enough space for up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped for a holiday. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed the view of the sea early in the morning and in the evening. The flat is on the edge of Roses , where there are many small and large outlets.
We spent two weeks walking, swimming and eating pizza. All in all a perfect holiday with a beautiful flat. We enjoyed the holiday very much and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Holiday home that left nothing to be desired
We spent our holiday in this beautiful holiday home for the first time this year. The holiday home with its dream location is super well furnished and very cosy, we felt completely at home here. It is especially worth mentioning that from the balcony terrace you have a great view over the bay and can experience beautiful sunsets.
The landscape is very fascinating and invites you to go hiking. The beach, which can be reached via about 200 steps, is also fantastic. We made several trips through the mountains and the surrounding area, which were also very eventful and beautiful.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Das gepflegte, saubere Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Hanglage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Almadraba-Bucht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche verfügt über alles was man brauchen könnte. Der Strand ist in kurzer Zeit sowohl über eine Treppe als auch über eine Straße zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe beginnt ein großes Naturschutzgebiet, das zum Wandern einlädt und auch die weitere Umgebung bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und man merkt, dass ihr sowohl zufriedene Feriengäste als auch ihr Haus am Herzen liegen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Nach dem wir im August 2011 unseren Urlaub hier verbrachten, sind wir dieses Jahr gerne wieder hierher gekommen. Die Küche mit Spülmaschine ist super und es fehlt an nichts. Auf dem großen teilüberdachten Balkon stehen super bequeme Stühle und ein großer Tisch; so dass man den fantastischen Blick über die Bucht geniessen kann. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand rundet den Urlaub ab. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern und den unkomplizierten Ablauf.

Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick
Wir verbrachten zum 3. Mal traumhafte Pfingstferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit phantastischem Meerblick. Es fehlt im Haus an nichts. Die Ausstattung - vor allem die neue Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet läd zum Wandern & Biken an. Die Strände sind einfach über ein Treppe zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unsere nächsten Ferien 2015 im Casa Smootje!
