Very nice area, great offer, very well-maintained house
It was a great stay at Haus Mary. Very friendly owners, great package including Therme Kaprun, the Fun+ Card with a beautiful swimming lake and children's program. We can highly recommend the house.

Great house, very well maintained, good location
We were a sporty group of 16 people and really enjoyed skiing on the perfect snow on the Kitzsteinhorn, then relaxing in the SPA World Kaprun with free admission. The small wellness area at Mary's also did our muscles good.
We would love to come back, Stefan and friends

Very good house, good location, complete range
We were 8 couples for a ski and wellness vacation at Haus Mary.
The house is very well equipped and maintained, we enjoyed the sauna area in the house.
The highlight is: the Kaprun thermal spa was included in the price.
We can highly recommend the house.

beautiful house, beautiful area with high recreational value
Flat Mary is very well maintained, as good as new and very well equipped, Mary and Alois are very professional, the price-performance ratio is very good.
In November you can already ski on the Kitzsteinhorn, the panorama is overwhelming
In the evening you can relax in the beautiful wellness area.

A real feel-good house with many opportunities for activities.
We had 2 holiday apartments A, 1 holiday apartment B, and 1 holiday apartment C with direct access to the garden. We were a total of 14 people and were totally enthusiastic about the house and the area. Super nicely equipped apartments with everything your heart desires, e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, internet, wellness, etc. I would like to especially highlight the friendly hosts, the cleanliness, the adventure pool, the swimming lake, and the children's program. Anyone who has been there will definitely come back gladly, we definitely will.

great house, very beautiful region
We have been coming to Apartment Mary with our family and friends for years now. It is very well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped. The owners are friendly and professional, and the region offers a lot to do. We highly recommend this place, especially because of the good value for money. We stayed in one Type A and one Type B apartment.

Beautiful house, great evenings.
We were guests for the first time with 7 families at Haus Mary.
Good organization as we arrived. We all felt very comfortable and took over the wellness oasis after skiing. A thousand thanks for the fresh bread every day.
Will definitely come back next year.

Very beautiful, clean house, snow-sure skiing areas, breathtaking panorama.
We were surprised, no snow anywhere, but in Kaprun, there were great ski conditions... Snow-sure, modern skiing areas from beginners to experts.
There were 15 people, had 1 Type A, 1 Type B and 1 Type C, suited everyone perfectly.
Everything you need today is there... ski bus from the house, internet + Wi-Fi, wellness area, very good equipment of the apartments... we will come back.

The best house for our holiday

Feel-good house in a very beautiful area
Very nice, clean house with many inclusive offers. Sauna, internet, Wi-Fi, ski bus, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. all included. Friendly family owners, great location. Probably the best we've had so far.
