The 62 m² tastefully furnished three-room flat is located on the 1st floor of the two-storey house and has a 6 m² south-facing balcony with chairs, which can be accessed from the living room.
From the entrance area, you enter the large and modern living area with a sofa set, a dining area for four people and an integrated kitchenette. In the kitchenette you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4 plate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment as well as a Senseo coffee machine.
The entire non-smoking flat is tiled and has underfloor heating. In the living area you will find a 107 cm LED TV, as well as a stereo system with CD player and USB connection and a DVD player
You can use internet access via W-LAN free of charge!
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) and another TV. The second bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people (1.40 x 2.00 m).
The flat also has a modern shower room.
You can reach the flat comfortably by lift. There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage.
In the basement of the house you can use a sauna, a washing machine and a dryer for a fee.
At beach exit 28 you will find a reserved beach chair, approx. 5 min walk from the apartment
The flat is suitable for 1-4 persons.

Location and surroundings of object
The two-storey dune residence "Königin Augusta" is located in the centre of the popular Baltic seaside resort of Binz, only a few metres from the beach promenade and the fine sandy Baltic beach. Binz is the largest seaside resort on the island of Rügen. Since the 19th century, Binz has attracted many bathers every year with its fine sandy beach and spa architecture.
Restaurants and cafés invite you to linger on the kilometre-long beach promenade. Passenger ships dock and disembark at the 370m-long pier and, if you feel like it, you can take them on an excursion to the chalk cliffs or other worthwhile destinations. Binz offers a wide range of leisure activities. In addition to a wide range of adventure saunas, thermal baths and solariums, there are also plenty of opportunities for sporting activities. Hikes through the Granitz to the hunting lodge of the same name or long bike rides on the well-developed cycle paths. A tourist highlight is a ride on the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway, which should not be missing from any holiday programme.

Great vacation rental
The apartment is very nice and well furnished. We were particularly impressed by the central location. We were able to use the sauna because of the sudden winter. Highly recommended all around.
