Description
The Scandinavian-style holiday home, built in 2014, is located in a small holiday home development in Zierow on the Baltic Sea. It offers the perfect space for a holiday with 4 people over two floors and a size of approx. 60 sqm.
A baby cot is available free of charge (one baby can travel as a 5th person).
Living/dining area with integrated kitchen
A modern and cosy living and dining area awaits you. The open-plan living area is equipped with a seating area, satellite TV with radio (flat screen), books and games. From the living area you have direct access to the covered terrace. The dining area offers space for 4 people. A high chair for children can be provided free of charge on request. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven with ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle.
Bedroom
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Bedroom A is furnished with a double bed (160x200), bedroom B with two single beds (90x200). We are happy to provide a cot free of charge on request (located in the parents' bedroom). Bed linen can be hired on request.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a shower, WC and washbasin. Towels can be rented on request.
Utility room
In the utility room you will find a washing machine, a second wash hand basin with mirror, a hoover, clothes pegs and a laundry basket. A small laundry area is also available outside.
Hallway
In the hallway you will find space to store your jackets and shoes.
Outdoor area
A cosy, covered terrace with outdoor lighting awaits you. It is furnished with a large table and 4 garden chairs. The two terraces of the semi-detached house are separated from each other by a cleverly integrated storage facility. This is not only suitable for storing your bicycles, but is also a perfect windbreak against a stiff breeze. Here you will also find the barbecue grill for the outdoor barbecue, an outdoor lounger, clothes horse and parasol.
The property is bordered on one side by a beech hedge and on the other by the typical beach rose.
A free car park is available directly at the house.
Smokers can use the covered terrace, smoking is not permitted in the living area.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 16 (In the low season, arrival can also be by arrangement)
Departure by 10 am.
The keys are handed over via a key safe.

Location and surroundings of object
Zierow is an idyllic holiday resort right on the Baltic Sea, just a few kilometres from the Hanseatic city of Wismar.
The fine sandy shallow water beach is approx. 700m from the holiday home.
A mini-golf course with beach snack bar, a playground and a beach café are located directly on the beach.

The Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path leads directly through Zierow and invites you to cycle, skate and hike directly along the Baltic Sea.
There are three restaurants and 1 shop in Zierow (campsite). There are two large shopping centres in the immediate vicinity (approx. 4-5 km).
The Wonnemar leisure pool in Wismar offers attractions for young and old. Due to the central location of the village, you can quickly reach Lübeck, Rostock, Hamburg and Schwerin.

| From 1 April to 30 October, a visitor's tax of € 1.00 per day is charged in the resort of Zierow for visitors aged 4 and over. Severely disabled persons (GdB 50%) € 0.50 per day. This is paid separately on arrival and paid directly by the manager to the municipality of Zierow. You will receive your spa cards for the booked period on site. The spa cards are provided and charged by the administrator. WLAN is included in the rental price (limited guest access) |

Cancellation and interruption of stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents (excluding the ) shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant:
Cancellation
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100 % of the rental price.
(2) If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(3) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
Nevertheless, the landlord shall endeavour to rent the rental property to another party.

Pure relaxation in Zierow
Absolutely beautiful house - nice landlords - nothing was missing. Upscale equipment and a beautiful view from the terrace. The proximity to the beach (about 700 meters) should also be mentioned. We would love to come back again !!!
