Description
You can spend peaceful and relaxing vacations in Apartments Ana-Marija in Ribarica. There are 5 apartments: (2+2), (5+1), (5), (2+1), (8+2). All of our 5 apartments have terraces overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the island of Pag, and are standardly equipped (kitchen with fridge+freezer and oven, dish, towels, sheets, blankets, WiFi, TV/SAT,...). Free parking spaces are around the house. Grill is just next to the terrace and we gladly help our guests to prepare something on the grill or we just prepare it for them. Outdoor shower is just next to the grill. Ask us about any of our apartments, or we can also recommend some of our neighbours.
Prices are 8-25 euros/person/day, depending on the period and the apartment.

Location and surroundings of object
Apartments Ana-Marija are located directly on the coast in a small village Ribarica, 5 km north of Karlobag, between Zadar (100 km) and Rijeka (120 km), just under the mid part of mountain Velebit. It is in a good position for different excursions: ferry for island Pag 13 km, ferry for island Rab 26 km, National Park Plitvice lakes 110 km, National Park Sjeverni Velebit 40 km, National Park Paklenica 60 km, National Park Kornati 120 km, Zavratnica bay 25 km, Rizvan City adrenaline park 40 km, etc.
Main beach (mostly stone and concrete) is in front of our house, big pebble beach is 300 m from us.
In the village there is one grocery shop and 3 restaurants. Karlobag is the nearest city for most other things.

Dreamlike
We felt very comfortable in their house. The Adriatic Sea is right next to the house. Perhaps something should be changed at the entrance. It is a bit complicated for people with walking difficulties
Shopping was easy in the next village Karlobag, about 5km away. The landlords are very nice and helpful
I would go there again anytime. There was also a garage for our motorbike.

The perfect holiday with all the trimmings
The Bulijan family is very polite and nice.
It is only 30 metres from the flat to the beach. It is very quiet and not overcrowded. The view from the terrace is simply beautiful at any time of day or night. The sunsets are like a picture book.
Mr Bulijan always takes care of his guests. If something is missing or not in order, he is on the spot in no time and responds to their wishes. We felt very comfortable. Shopping facilities are in the village.

Traumlage
Very nice landlords, delicious ham and cheese, and the plum brandy was a highlight. Dream location by the sea, unfortunately, the restaurants were still closed, so we were a bit early, but anytime again.

Apartment 5 was very dirty and run-down. The terrace bore no resemblance to the pictures. A written complaint went unanswered. For anyone promoting this apartment, I can only recommend: see it for yourself. Photos were taken. Apartment 5 was a complete failure.

Es tut uns leid wegen dem Kommentar dieser Familie und ihre große Enttäuschung, aber wir müssen auf einige falsche und übertriebene Behauptungen reagieren.
Einige Kritiken sind teilweise berechtigt: das Appartement ist nicht mehr ganz neu. Es wird schon ca. 13 Jahre an Touristen vermietet. Es ist uns klar, dass am Ende der Hauptsaison (am Ende August, nach dem ca. 50 Touristen dort ihren Urlaub verbrachten), selbstverständlich einige Kleinigkeiten nicht mehr als in Ordnung zu betrachten sind, also kommt es zu möglichen Veränderungen. Aber jedes Jahr sind wir bemüht vor der Saison neu zu investieren und die Beschädigungen zu beseitigen. Da wir nicht immer die neuesten Veränderungen (Neuinvestitionen oder Verbesserungen) auf der Web-Seite anbringen, entsprechen die Fotografien nicht unbedingt 100% dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Ferienwohnungen. Wir haben tatsächlich auf die schriftliche Beschwerde nicht geantwortet, da wir als Vermieter selbst in dem Ferienhaus wohnen und die Beschwerde schon vor Ort mit uns besprochen wurde, was bei uns auch sonst üblich ist, bedenkt dass wir sind in einer täglichen Kontakt mit unseren Gästen.
Es ist übertrieben zu behaupten, die Appartement wäre schmutzig, dass die Terrasse nicht dem Foto auf der Web-Seite entspricht, oder, wie behauptet, Fotos „gefertigt“ wäre. Tatsache ist, dass unseres Ferienhaus jährlich über 200 zufriedene Gäste hat und die Hälfte der Sommerzeit schon Jahr davor gebucht wird. Unsere Preise sind realistisch, vielleicht sogar etwas unter dem Preisniveau für die Häuser direkt am Meer in der Ortschaft Ribarica.
Alle zwei bis drei Jahre haben wir eine Familie, welche eine sehr hohe Stufe an Perfektionismus verlangt. Diesen Gästen empfehlen wir freundlichst, eine andere Ferienwohnung zu mieten. Allen anderen Gästen empfehlen wir auch: „seht es euch an“.

Dreamy spot on Earth
We had a wonderful holiday here and felt very comfortable at Ana Marija's. Thanks to our landlords for everything. I can only recommend this house. The surrounding area is super beautiful and about 15m to the water - perfect.

Everything super beautiful
Upon arrival, we were thrilled by the sight of the Adriatic Sea. The property is located directly on the clear Adriatic Sea. The access points to the water are only a few meters away from the property (15m). There are also many shady lounging spots available. From the terrace of our apartment, there is a beautiful view of Pag Island that creates a romantic atmosphere at sunset. Grocery shopping is convenient, with a small store in the village offering fresh pastries from 6-12. (All freshly baked) At the entrance of the village, there is a pizzeria with a stone oven. It has a bit of American flair because it is located on the main road (Route 66). Supermarket and restaurants are also available and easily accessible. Our landlords always take care of the guests. If something is missing, they will try to get it. Last night, there was freshly caught fish from the Adriatic Sea. We hardly needed to use the car except for trips to Zadar, Senj (Fortress), and Plitvice Lakes (Winnetou). It was an unforgettable vacation.

Upon arrival, we were delighted by the view of the Adriatic Sea. The property is located directly on the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. Access to the water is only a few meters away from the property (15m). There are also many shaded sunbathing spots here. From the terrace of our apartment, you have a beautiful view of the island of Pag, creating a romantic atmosphere during sunset. Shopping is quickly taken care of. In the village, there is a small store that offers fresh baked goods from 6-12. (Fresh from the Oven) At the entrance of the town is a pizzeria with a stone oven. It has a bit of American flair as it is located on the main road (Route 66). There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby and easily accessible. Our landlords always take care of the guests. If something is missing, they will try to get it. Last night, we had freshly caught fish from the Adriatic Sea. We hardly needed to use the car except for trips to Zadar, Senj (fortress), and Plitvice Waterfalls (from Winnetou). It was an unforgettable vacation.
