Are you attracted by the Lago Maggiore?
Then you should look at the holiday home "Perla del Lago" more precisely, because here you will find everything you need for a dream vacation. The approximately 115 m² large, light-filled 4 bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house about 4 km above the village of Cannero and the lake. Beginning of the year 2014, the property was completely built new with quality materials and modern furniture. Due to the combination of tasteful decor, spacious indoor and outdoor use in conjunction with a magnificent panoramic view, you will find pure relaxation. Two modern bathrooms, a dishwasher and washing machine and a free Internet access offers additional comfort. From about 40 m² large balcony can be reached via an outside staircase to the garden with its solar heated pool (about 7 x m, weather permitting open from mid April to mid October), where you can relax. For younger guests, there is even a playhouse, a slide and a small sandpit. After the holiday-related efforts of the day invites the approximately 75 m² large portico (= covered terrace) for barbecues, where the evening can then round off comfortably with a nice glass of wine. If that's not all sounds like a great vacation, then what?
Should you feel the need to move, this retreat is also an ideal starting point to explore the numerous walking and hiking trails, the impressive surroundings. The many viewpoints surprised again and again with changing views of the exceptionally beautiful countryside and the lake. The area is ideal for mountain biking. You can park your car in the located in the grounds garage or carport. The pool is co-used sporadically on some weekends of your landlord (this is but professionally conditioned rarely present). Pets are not allowed.

The approximately 115 m² large, light-filled 4 bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house about 4 km above the village of Cannero and the lake. Trarego-Viggiona (about 390 inhabitants) is located about km above Cannero in a quiet and sunny location with beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. An extensive network of footpaths covers the area. The community
is made up of the three villages Trarego, Viggiona and Cheglio and is approximately 770 meters above sea level at the foot of Monte Carza (1,116 m). The particularly favorable climatic conditions and the indescribably beautiful view made the area as early as the 1960s, becoming a tourist attraction. Who the partially unspoiled nature explored on old mule tracks with their eyes open, discovered between green meadows and dense deciduous forests still so many eyewitnesses well preserved from the past, such as flour mills, the former community dairy and hydroelectric power plant, with the beginning of the 20th century. century all the energy used for the surrounding villages was prepared.
