The property is beautifully and quietly situated next to a pine grove at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 800m from the coast, so there is often a refreshing breeze that makes the stay pleasant even in summer.
The hamlet of Trencall is next to the Granadella Nature Park, where you can go for long walks.

Two supermarkets are nearby, one 2 km away is also open on Sundays until 21:00, the other is 3 km away, is very large and leaves nothing to be desired
