This house is beautifully nestled between Ronnebyån and the Ryadammen reservoir in an absolutely secluded location on the huge property.
You have your own access to the lake where you can also swim.
The house has room for 6 persons. Maximum one extra bed possible.
A large garden with swing and football goal for family holidays, the balcony on the upper floor to enjoy the evening sun and the large terrace with garden furniture are just some of the advantages of this holiday home, in addition to its own access to the lake and the absolute peace and quiet without neighbours.
This house also has real Småland charm on the inside and yet is absolutely contemporary and leaves nothing to be desired.
Through the hallway with wardrobe, you reach the open-plan living room with TV and couch on the left
To the right, you enter a beautifully furnished room with a sofa but also a normal table that invites you to linger. This room also has an additional single bed.
Between the two rooms is the kitchen with dining area. Here you will find everything a kitchen has to offer. A 4 plate cooker with oven, a large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher.
In the passage to the upper floor and to the terrace behind the house you will find another toilet and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and toilet and in the passage room in front of the master bedroom there is another single bed and access to the balcony.
Also on the property is the carport for 2 cars and behind the house is the access to the lake, which is about 150 metres away. You can even drive your car to the shore and you don't even have to leave your own property.
Here you can relax 100% and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The lake offers very good stocks of pike, zander and perch!
Low season: ,- SEK per week.
High season: ,- SEK per week.
750 SEK self possible, deposit SEK by bank transfer in advance. (will be refunded by bank transfer after departure)
Electricity is charged at 2,5 SEK per kW/h used in low season. Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
