Description
Our house - a place about 2km outside the village centre 'Puch bei Hallein' in a wonderful sunny hillside location. The peace and quiet and the view of the entire surrounding mountain world invite you to relax and enjoy. The Mozart city of Salzburg is only 12 km away from us.
For children there is a large garden to let off steam, with a small pool, trampoline and swing.
Our two holiday flats, for 2 to 4 persons (extra bed or travel cot possible and available) are awarded with 4 Edelweiss (highest award). The large flat has 2 bedrooms, each with shower/WC, satellite TV and WiFi, a large bright kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, also with satellite TV and a beautiful sun terrace.
The small holiday flat is a 1-room flat with 1 double bed, small kitchenette with dishwasher, dining area, private terrace. The sleeping area is separated from the kitchen area by a sliding glass door. Since both flats are on the ground floor and directly next to each other, they can be rented out together and offer space for up to 7 people.
Peace and quiet: Quiet location at the edge of the forest, thus a wonderful starting point for walks and hikes. Lean back, switch off from the stress of everyday life and enjoy the peace and the wonderful view.
Festival city Salzburg: Our house is especially popular with festival guests. Due to our proximity to the city (only 12 km away from Salzburg), you can reach the festival theatre in no time, and when you return to the flat you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet and a magnificent view of the city of Hallein.
Sporting activities in summer and winter: For stays of 3 nights or more, our guests can rent bicycles and e-bikes free of charge in the village. The Tauern cycle path leads directly past our village.
Take an extended tour up the Untersberg (you look directly onto the Untersberg from your terrace) or simply use the train, or one of our other mountains. In only 10 minutes you can reach the Waldbad Anif with its climbing park, which is also a challenge for us adults. Also in 10 - 15 minutes you can reach the golf course of the Salzburg Golf Club in Rif.
Sightseeing in and around the city of Salzburg: Whether by car, bus or S-Bahn (free with guest ticket) you can reach the city of Salzburg and all its sights in 15 minutes.
Fortress Hohensalzburg, Mirabell Gardens, Mozart's birthplace, Getreidegasse, museums, Casino Salzburg in Klessheim Castle, Hellbrunn Zoo and water games, Hallein salt mine, summer toboggan run on the Dürrnberg, Celtic Museum, these and many more are all close by, but also, for example, the Eisriesenwelt in Werfen (the largest ice cave in the world) can be reached in around half an hour by car.
As you can see, our house is very centrally located and all possibilities are open to you for the 'most beautiful time' of the year, namely your holiday, to have a relaxing time in lasting memory.

Puch is only 10 km south of the festival city of Salzburg. Our house is located only 2 km above the village of Puch. As there is no public transport to our house, a car is absolutely necessary.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
