Our house Am Priel 20 has 2 self-contained flats on the ground floor and first floor, each for up to 4 people, and is situated on a well-kept plot of 586 sqm in the Achtern Diek holiday park, which is located directly behind the North Sea dyke.
Each flat has approx. 55 sqm living space,
2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet.
The furnishings include a fitted kitchen, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, extensive crockery, glasses and cutlery, fridge-freezer, (fridge with freezer compartment in the basement), toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker, kettle, blender, hoover, washing machine (no charge), iron, ironing board, clothes horse, (rotary clothes dryer in the garden), children's travel cot, children's high chair, games and books.

Our holiday home is located in the Achtern Diek holiday park.
In a quiet location on the outskirts with an unobstructed view of a beautiful landscape of meadows and fields, you can relax from the stress of everyday life. On the horizon you can see the foothills of Otterndorf
The terraces and the balcony are south-facing and cannot be seen from the neighbourhood. We also offer our guests from the upper floor a terrace with a barbecue fireplace in the garden.
The beach, the sea, the harbour, the bathing lake, the play and fun barn, the adventure playground, the indoor tennis court, the mini-golf and 4 restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. There is much to discover in the romantic town of Otterndorf, which is also called the "Rothenburg of the North".
During a leisurely stroll through the old alleys with their rustic cobblestones, you can admire many historic buildings and old, well-kept half-timbered houses.
For example, the Old Latin School, the Johann Heinrich Voß House, the St. Severi Church, the Crane House, the Gate House, the Old Town Hall with the Otter Fountain, the Hadler House,
A walk along the Süderwall with its over 250-year-old lime tree avenue leads to the classical garden house, where a town clerk moves in every year.
Otterndorf's highest point at 6.44 m above sea level is at the corner of Schleusenstraße/Landeshäuser Straße.
More than 1000 old dolls, including many treasures, can be admired in the doll's house.
In the Sole-Therme you can dive down and relax in the wonderful sauna landscape.
Time should not be an issue here, because there is something new to discover every day in Otterndorf.

Great family holiday
The house is in a quiet location with a view (provided you live on the first floor). With this quietness and almost no neighbourhood (only on one side) you can relax very well. The flat is equipped with everything you need for a holiday. There are bicycles with child seats for nice tours and a trolley is available for going to the sea.

Es war alles dabei, von Ruhe bis Trubel. Der Trubel bezieht sich auf das spielen unserer Kinder, denn die hatten viel Spass. Wie wir schon geschrieben haben wir kommen wieder.
