In a holiday complex Seepark Eiken you will find our beautiful, large wooden house Sunrise directly at the bathing lake. It is completely fenced in so that your children can play safely outside and your dog can run around freely. Enjoy beautiful, relaxing holidays with a great lake view. In the heart of the Emsland lies the small town of Walchum with various shopping facilities, many cycle paths and fields for long walks.

Super house
We spent a weekend in the holiday home Sunrise. It is a very beautiful and lovingly furnished house. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The fully fenced property with direct access to the lake is just great.

Beautiful weekend
We were able to book a weekend in the beautiful log cabin very spontaneously.
It was just great. The location with the lake. The lakeside restaurant is highly recommended.

It's a pity about the beautiful house.
After the change of ownership, very dirty inside and outside. The comparison between May 2021 and August 2022 is extreme. Windows, seating areas, dishwasher, coffee machines, vacuum cleaner, broom, everything dirty. We cleaned up a bit first. The house was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Too bad for the beautiful house. A tip for the landlord, check the house before the next guests arrive to make sure everything is in order. No more booking from us and no recommendation. Super schön
We spent a lovely week in this cozy holiday home, thank you very much. Everything was perfect despite the heat, just open the garden gate and straight into the water, wonderful. We will definitely come back.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus
This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. Location, facilities, cleanliness, price, and service were simply perfect. We and our dog felt very comfortable there. Sadly, we had to leave much too early. There are many excursion possibilities, also in the nearby Netherlands. We can really only recommend this house.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus
We spent a beautiful Pentecost weekend with our dog. The house is unbeatable in coziness. The equipment is top notch. Everything one could desire for a nice vacation is available. A large cozy lounge on the balcony by the bedroom and the box spring bed inside complete the whole experience. Everything was super clean as well. We will definitely come back!
