Description
The 430 sqm large and fully fenced quiet property offers plenty of space and atmosphere. Parking directly at the house.
The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200), one with a single bed (90x200) and one with a bunk bed (90x200). All beds have filled with feathers pillows and blankets. Sheets, towels, and tea towels you need to bring please himself. For your safety is a wall safe available.
The well-equipped kitchen adjoins the living area, you will find a dining table (teak) and 4 rattan chairs, a 3 leather sofa and an armchair chair, a flat screen TV, a DVD recorder with various films (including children's films) and board games. In the evening you can relax in front of a cozy fireplace. New-house W-lan.
In the garden house there is another refrigerator, a freezer, a wagon and 2 bicycles. This does not include rentals (no guarantee), but you can use for free. BBQ grill in the garden

Location and surroundings of object
"De Horizon" is a quiet well-kept area with individual detached houses in the west of Renesse. The center as well as the beach can easily be reached in 20 minutes. In high season a shuttle bus directly to the dune beach. Renesse is a nice resort on the island Shouven-Duiveland (Zeeland). In summer Renesse is quite lively. You will find many entertainment venues, cafes and restaurants. Outside the high season Renesse is an ideal destination for rest and relaxation.
Zeeland has the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the Netherlands. The 17-km sandy beach as well as the center can be reached on foot and 5 minutes by bike.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung Horizon 18 ist tatsächlich eine Traum-Ferienwohnung! Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nicht zu weit vom Strand und dem Ortskern von Renesse entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die guten Matratzen (nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich), das große hübsche Schlafzimmer, das renovierte Bad und die sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche. Sofa, Sessel und Stühle sind auch sehr bequem. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist für Hundebesitzer optimal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder...

Es war ein schöner Urlaub aber......
Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und ideal für Hundebesitzer.
Das Bad ist etwas sehr klein und renovierungsbedürftig.
Die drei vorhandenen Fahrräder sind alle nicht einsatzfähig.
Trotz der kleinen Mängel haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt,
auch unserem Hund hat der Garten gut gefallen.

- Die Fahrräder gehören nicht zur Vermietung, können aber gerne genutzt werden.
Inzwischen stehen zwei neue Fahrräder zur Verfügung
