House GM1

House GM1 is situated by Åsnen and consists of 2 completely independent and newly renovated accommodation units.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people (4 double beds, 2 single beds and a bunk bed in four bedrooms).
The bathing area with sandy beach is about 100 metres from the house and the boat harbour is about 150 metres away.

The house has been lovingly renovated, taking care to preserve the beautiful details of the over 150 year old building. In summary, you can say that modernity meets origin.
On the ground floor you enter the house and get to the cloakroom, from where you either get to a room with toilet, washing facilities and the washing machine or go straight on and enter the new eat-in kitchen. The kitchen itself is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area and access to the shower room with WC.
In total, there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with a double bed, loft bed and seating in the TV corner.
Both units have 100mbit WIFI.
You enter the upper floor via the balcony and go directly into the kitchen-living room with the wardrobe to the right. This kitchen is also new and, apart from the freezer compartments, is equipped in exactly the same way as the kitchen on the ground floor. The adjoining dining area offers access to a bedroom with double bed and from the kitchen you enter the TV room from where you have access to the second bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds or to the bathroom with toilet.
Furthermore, the house has a large garden with a covered and open terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and a hot tub, which can be used by arrangement with the owners.
A short distance behind the house there is a small body of water where tench and perch have a home and which can be fished.
