From the bright and generously designed living and dining area you have direct access to the large south-west terrace with adjacent garden.
The modern equipment naturally includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna on the ground floor, a fireplace, children's high chair, radio/CD player, Blue-Ray player, an LCD TV in the living room and in one bedroom.
Three car parking spaces are located directly on the property.
A beach chair, 2 sunbeds and wicker furniture on the terrace complete the offer.

The reed house "Blauer Peter" is located in a small reed house complex built in 2013.
The reed house complex comprises 5 reed houses. 745m² of land and 115m² of living space allow a generous distance to the other reed houses in the complex. The "Blue Peter" has its own access to the Achterwasser of Usedom, which is 200m away. The sea and the wide sandy beach are approx. 1km away from the house and can therefore be easily reached on foot or by bike.
Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom. It is situated between Zinnowitz and Koserow at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. A romantic former fishing village, it invites you to linger with its more than 40 pipe-roofed houses.
The proximity to the Achterwasser and the wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach gives the village its unique island character.
The local and nature trail in Zempin is approx. 9 km long and leads past all the distinctive natural and local features of the seaside resort of Zempin. Numerous boards with content related to the village have been created and designed. On this nature trail there is much worth knowing about the history of the former fishing village.

Ferienhaus unter Reet mit vielen Extras
Kurzentschlossen haben wir ein verl. Wochenende auf Usedom verbracht. Die Suche nach einem geeigneten Ferienhaus verlief, zu Anfang schwierig, da es eine Unterkunft unter Reet sein sollte. Entweder waren die ausgewählten Häuser belegt oder nicht nach unseren Vorstellungen eingerichtet. Ein Haus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, nah zum Achterwasser und Meer, ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Wir stießen auf das Reethus Blauer Peter. Ein Ferienhaus unter Reet genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Nähe zum Achterwasser, das mit viel Liebe eingerichtet Haus, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, wie man sie selten vorfindet, die Sauna, einfach alles hat gestimmt. Der “Blaue Peter“ ist ein neues Reeth. in dem man von der ersten Minute an “Urlaub“ hat. Wir kommen wieder! Wieder an Bord des “Blauen Peter“

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Reethus Blauer Peter liegt in einer kleinen Reethausanlage mit direktem Zugang zum Achterwasser von Zempin. Zempin ist ein kleines altes Fischerdorf, gelegen an der schmalsten Stelle der Insel Usedom. Hier spürt man das Inselfeeling durch die Nähe zum Meer und Achterwasser.

Einfach toll !!!
Das Haus sieht nicht nur von Außen gut aus, es ist auch innen wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Zumal wir auch traumhaftes Wetter hatten und bereits draußen mitten im Februar die Gartenstühle vor holen konnten.
Diejenigen, die sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen möchten und das in einer herrlichen Umgebung, sollten schnell buchen!
Wir waren jedenfalls nicht zum letzten Mal da!
