Casa Viepori is recommended for all guests who want to live authentic Tuscan everyday life on their own skin. The house is situated on one of the hills from Svizzera Pesciatina with a splendid view of the wooded landscape that surrounds it and the small medieval villages of the 10 Castella
The garden, completely fenced, with a pool, olive trees, sage and rosemary and fruit trees is about 800m2.
Casa Viepori is also ideal for holidays with children, in fact the large garden and the small forest under the property offer a lot to play.
Inside the holiday home is furnished in a rustic and pleasant way. On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas (including a sofa-bed), fireplace, TV with sky, a large table and a pizza oven. The kitchen, with an additional table, an oven and dishwasher, has an entrance to the loggia. The ground floor bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area with a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: a double bedroom with mezzanine, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bedroom with three single beds, one of which on the mezzanine, a single sofa bed And a corner glazed glazing that offers unlikely views of the valley.
The loggia can be used at any time of the day: both day to relax in the shade, and in the evening to dine outdoors. The house also predisposes, at its outside, a barbecue, deckchairs, a large wooden table with chairs.

Casa Viepori is located near Pescia, a few meters from Castelvecchio, one of the 'Castella'.
It is surrounded by numerous paths that connect it with the various 'Castella'. These routes are ideal for enjoyable cycling or trekking. The villages, however, can also be easily reachable with your car.
Pescia is a strategic place for those who want to visit Tuscany and all its artistic points of interest, but does not want to give up peace that you feel in full nature.

We were with 9 people and two dogs in this very beautiful property. Everyone felt very comfortable. Especially our four-legged friends could romp in the huge garden, which is completely fenced, absolutely ingenious.
The house is located in the middle of nature, so the journey is a bit adventurous, but you are rewarded with absolute peace. Absolutely suitable for hikers and also perfect for cyclists who love ups and downs. Our men, big and small, enjoyed their bike tours (for us women rather torturous) very much. We women preferred to relax by the pool, the garden smells wonderfully of all sorts of herbs that grow everywhere on the property. There is a beautiful little circular hiking trail that is perfect for dog walks.
The trip to the sea is also worthwhile, there are great "wild" beaches where dogs are also welcome.
We also loved the original stone oven, collected some wood, lit it and could already enjoy delicious stone oven pizza. A highlight for us in the evening.
And no matter what question we had, Angelika was always available to help us and had great tips in store. Thank you very much.
If you want to go shopping, it is best to do a big shopping trip, as the journey to the town was a bit adventurous for our German cars.
We had a great holiday in Casa Viepori, even though the weather, which was very atypical for Italy, let us down a bit. We can only recommend the house.

Great vacation
It was a great vacation. This time not directly by the sea, but with a great pool. You can completely relax, have peace and, if you like, go hiking endlessly. As the M family already wrote: Very romantic and fireflies every evening. The care was also fabulous. If you needed any advice on shopping or the individual cities, Frau Meisborn was always there for you. The pool was cleaned weekly and the garden was huge. Our dog had a great time. We would love to come back.

Relaxing domicile for families with or without pets
We have already booked this holiday home twice and we were thrilled every time,
even in bad weather (which we unfortunately had in 2014), many people - we were there as a large family of 8 - can get out of the way or sit at the large table in the living and dining area and pass the time

The unlimited internet, which everyone in the house can use, is an advantage.
When the weather is good, as it was last summer, you don't need the large indoor area
There is room for everyone on the terrace or in the garden with its wonderful pool

The house is in a secluded location, so you don't need to be considerate and you can sit for a long time in the evening, listen to music or have a games evening together.
There is a pizza oven in the house and a brick barbecue in the garden, which we used often.
The kitchen is well-equipped and there were enough dishes for all of us, which can be conveniently put in the dishwasher.
However, a car is required, as the nearest shopping facilities are not within walking distance and public transport is not available in the immediate vicinity.
But you know that at the latest when you read the description well and prepare yourself for it.
All in all, if you want to have a relaxing, quiet holiday, you will certainly feel very comfortable in this house and if anything is missing or questions arise, Mrs Meisborn is available by phone day and night.
It was definitely not the last time we spent our holidays at Casa Viepori.

Pure relaxation
For the second time (and certainly not the last), we, as a family of 7 with a dog, spent our summer vacation in this beautiful and incredibly lovingly furnished house.
The house is very idyllic and quiet in the hills near Pescia. An absolute dream to relax and unwind. The highlight, for young and old, is of course the pool. We also spent many wonderful hours on the terrace. Whether it was with a delicious meal, preferably fresh from the grill, or with extensive game nights.
A trip to the nearby cities is also highly recommended. Tuscany has a lot to offer. For tips, but also for any other concerns, Mrs. Meisborn was always a reliable contact person.
In short: we can highly recommend this vacation home in every respect and are already looking forward to our next vacation in Casa Viepori.

Erholung pur!
Überglücklich haben wir gerade erfahren, dass unser Feriendomizil auch dieses Jahr für uns bereit steht.
Als sechsköpfige Familie haben wir uns letztes Jahr erstmals ein wenig weiter in die Ferien getraut und uns schliesslich für die Toscana entschieden. Das war genau richtig!
Casa Viepori war einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns in diesem geräumigen Haus mit wunderbarem Garten und tollem Pool einfach nur wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus liegt an einem wunderbaren stillen Ort mitten in der Natur und die einzigen Geräusche sind zirbende Grillen oder leuchtende Glühwürmchen. (Kurz, die ganze Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein.) Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Fluss von dem die Kinder noch heute schwärmen.
Auch die Betreuung war einfach genial. Wir konnten uns wirklich jederzeit bei Frau Meisborn melden und erhielten unverzüglich Antwort oder entsprechende Tips. Auch als wir am zweiten Ferientag mit einer Magen-Darm-Grippe das Bett hüten mussten, war sie sofort zur Stelle und organisierte uns entsprechende Medikamente in der Apotheke. (Nochmals herzlichen Dank!)
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Sommer in der sonnigen Toscana und auf unser liebgewonnenes Häuschen "Casa Viepori". Familie Mäder-Jäggi
