The two separate apartments are located in a holiday home (new construction 2013) on a 420 m² plot, in a side street. The apartments each have 1 bedroom, 1 living/dining area with open kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The holiday home is fully equipped with underfloor heating and each apartment has a wood-burning cooker and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, egg boiler and crockery. The apartment on the upper floor has a balcony and on the ground floor a terrace with awnings and garden furniture.
Occupancy per flat for 2 to max. 4 persons (bedroom for 2 persons + sofa bed in the living area for 3rd and 4th person). There is a parking space for 1 car per apartment on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The two holiday flats are located separately in a holiday home (new construction 2013) on a 420 m² plot.
You can reach the Baltic Sea beach via a quiet footpath and cycle path (approx. 20 minutes on foot). Shopping facilities are only about 800 m away. Both holiday flats can be booked individually. The rental price refers to one flat (flat price = object price)! Only if both flats are occupied at the same time, the occupancy calendar for that time will be highlighted in red. The family-friendly Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom. The wide fine sandy beaches and the favourable weather conditions offer a real place for rest and relaxation. Events all year round provide welcome variety for all ages. Karlshagen has the largest marina on the island of Usedom, a miniature golf course directly on the beach, several tennis courts, a riding and leisure farm with more than 100 horses and many other attractions. In the village there are various restaurants and shopping facilities with holidaymaker-friendly opening hours, as well as a doctor and pharmacy.
