Location and surroundings of object
Old rural house restored and divided in two apartments, one of which for rent. Scenic position overlooking the Salerno Gulf, pebble beach 3 minutes walking - 150 meters away. The house is within the marine reserve of Punta Licosa, Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, in a secluded and peaceful location 1400 meters from the village. The nearest beach is reached by a short downhill path, sea water is clear and the coast little frequented. The house is in the middle of many charming nature trails, for hiking and cycling; and a short car ride away from the archaeological sites of Paestum and Velia.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
additional information:
The country lane that leads to the house, two and a half meters wide and not paved, requires an experienced driver and, if possible, a small car. The slope to the house is quite steep.
