Lovingly, newly furnished holiday home in the large garden with children's playground, sun terrace and many nice sitting areas invites you to a family holiday.
A beautifully designed hallway leads into the spacious living room, which has a dining area and a modern TV bench as well as a sofa bed that can be folded out if needed.
From there you enter the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle). From the living room you can also access the terrace and have a wonderful view of the garden.
In the children's room there are two children's beds and a sleeping/cuddle corner, a changing table, a large wardrobe and high-quality wooden toys.
There is also a wardrobe in the bedroom; in addition, this room offers a pleasant sleeping climate in all seasons.
The large garden is a wonderful place to relax. You can watch our chickens (no rooster) on the neighbouring property. If accompanied, the children can also come into the barn and fetch the eggs from the nest.
This cottage also welcomes families with very small children and provides a high chair, toilet seat, bib and children's tableware.

The holiday home is located in the middle of a green garden, in a quiet neighbourhood and yet within a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station.
Restaurants, a pharmacy, hairdresser, cosmetics and a bakery are also only a few minutes away. The holiday home is located in Lehnitz, a district of the town of Oranienburg, north of Berlin. Its location directly on the idyllic Lehnitzsee lake and its excellent connection to Berlin's S-Bahn network make it an ideal base for exploring the capital and holidaying in the countryside.
The historic palace of Frederick the Great and the adjacent palace park, as well as the adventure pool with wellness and sports area invite you to visit.
In the neighbouring villages there is also a family animal park with a dinosaur adventure park and a water ski/wakeboard facility.
Furthermore, there is a boat rental at the Lehnitzsee, a cinema and several good restaurants.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
