the holiday home has 3 separate flats. On the ground floor there is a flat with a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a shower room, a TV corner with a small table and a kitchen-living room. The 2nd flat on the ground floor has a separate entrance, a cosy kitchen-living room and a bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The flat on the upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds - a cot can be provided. A shower room and an eat-in kitchen with a convertible window complete this chic holiday flat.
There is parking space for one car per flat at the house and bicycles can also be easily parked.

The holiday home is practically in the centre of the village, so the bakery, restaurants and some gift shops around the corner are within a few minutes' walk
Carolinensiel - the North Sea resort with three harbours
... unique on the entire North Sea coast.
Located in the middle of Carolinensiel, first comes the Old Harbour, founded by Prince Georg Albrecht in 1729/30. When the time of the cargo sailors came to an end, it sank into a slumber.
Today, the "Old Harbour" is a museum ensemble where the unique German Sielhafen Museum has settled and historic sailing ships are moored. Idyllically located in the centre of Carolinensiel, surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants and pubs, the museum harbour is also the venue for many festivals and activities throughout the year.
From here, the more than 1.5 km long promenade leads along the Harle, where cafés, cosy tea rooms also invite you to rest and linger.
Past the Haus des Gastes and the Friedrichsschleuse, the path leads to the marina, where many yachts and sailing ships are moored in summer.
In front of the dyke is harbour number 3, the outer harbour, from where the excursion ships sail into the Wadden Sea, the shrimp cutters set course for the North Sea and the ferry to Wangerooge departs.

Apartment is in order.
WLAN would be nice (it's offered in 90% of other accommodations), the apartment was clean, a storage option in the bathroom would be good, the price-performance ratio is ok but could be improved.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Vorsicht, wer Asthmatiker ist! Unzumutbar!
Die kleine Erdgeschosswohnung, die wir gemietet haben, war in einem völlig verdreckten Zustand. Schimmel war im Bad, sogar im Kühlschrank, vorzufinden. Überall Spinnengewebe und verdreckte Ecken. Die Matratzenschoner und die Matratzen waren fleckig und haarig. Als Asthmatiker bekommt man dort sehr schlecht Luft. Wir sind in ein Hotel geflüchtet. So etwas dürfte nicht als Ferienwohnung vermietet werden. Reinigungskosten in so einer Höhe sind für diesen Zustand ungerechtfertigt. Hoffe, wir bekommen wenigstens ein Teil des Geldes wieder zurück. Es wurde uns zwar hausintern eine andere Wohnung angeboten, aber, wenn man in dem Haus Atemprobleme bekommt, bringt das auch nichts. Man sollte vielleicht mal überdenken, die Reinigungsfirma zu wechseln.

Es ist immer schwierig wenn die Leute sich nicht melden und einfach woanders hingehen. Die Wohnung war nicht schmutzig und schimmelig. Die Dame konnte wohl nicht auf dem Stuhl sitzen, da sie erst eine OP hatte, da sollte man dann vielleicht eher in eine Reha gehen als ein eine Ferienwohnung. Solche Leute machen dann alles schlecht, schade.

Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr dreckig und voller Spinnengeweben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vorhanden. (Aufpreis 25€)
Sehr lautet Nebengeräusche von der Gastronomie nebenan. Mülltonnen hinter dem Haus quillen über.

Dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis enthalten sind ist hier in der Beschreibung zu lesen und war somit bekannt. Das Nebengeräusch in der Gastronomie haben die repariert. Es ist oft überraschend, dass allein bei einer Anmietung von nur wenigen Tagen die Gäste die Mülltonnen komplett füllen, dabei gibt es 2 gelbe Tonnen, eine Papiertonne, einen Behälter für Glas-Flaschen und eine Restmülltonne, müsste normal ausreichend sein.

Diese Wohnung für Familien mit 1 oder mehreren Kindern absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
1.Absolut zu Kleines Bad .
2.Siztmöglichkeit (Sofa viel zu klein ).
Leider sehr enttäuscht mehr fürs Geld erwartet .

Das Bad ist kompakt, aber mit allem ausgestattet, Dusche, WC, Waschbecken. Schlanke Personen werden hier kein Problem haben.

Central holiday flat
We booked the larger of the two ground floor flats. The flat is equipped with everything you need in a flat. An additional storage space, e.g. a shelf, would be great. That way you don't have to put everything on the countertop
There is a seating area in the backyard to sit outside in the evening. With a few improvements, it would certainly be even cosier
The flat was very clean, which is one of the most important criteria for us to feel comfortable
From the flat you can quickly walk to the small centre of Carolinensiel and the beautiful harbour. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops
It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the beach. By car you can be there in 5 minutes
We can definitely recommend the flat and had a great holiday. Thanks to the landlords, everything was very uncomplicated!

Holiday home with 3 flats
The flats are all modernly furnished, very central. There are 2 flats on the ground floor, each for 2 people. The flat on the left on the ground floor is a bit larger and has a nice TV corner, the flat completely to the back is smaller, here the TV is in the kitchen. There are parking spaces directly at the house, but you don't necessarily need a car. We have stayed in the accommodation several times and everything was always clean and pleasant
The flat on the first floor has 4 beds and can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Wohnungbeschreibung stimmt so nicht
Wir 2 Personen im Rentenalter sind mir der FeWo. Erdgeschoss Links nicht zufrieden gewesen. Die Wohnung war sehr karg eingerichtet, keine Abstellflächen. Im Badezimmer musste ein Stuhl als Ablage benutzt werden Die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer war ein Schlafsofa und sehr ungemütlich zum sitzen, ansonsten gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Küche ist modern eingerichtet, im Schlafzimmer steht ein kleiner Schrank welcher wohl für 4 Personen zu klein ist. Es gab kein W-Lan und auch das Fernsehn hatte nur die Grundversorgung also ARD,ZDF und die Regionalen Sender. Für unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder (E-Bike) gab es kein sichere Unterbringungsmöglichkeit. Die Parkplätze hinterm Haus reichen nur für 2 PKW's. Die Kommunikation über Handy mit dem Vermieter war nicht so Gut, kaum ein Wort verstanden. Es sollte die Beschreibung der Wohnung aktualisiert werden. Das Positive an der Wohnung war die zentrale Lage. Wir sind uns bewußt das man in einer FeWo abstriche machen muss aber diese müssen nicht so gravierend sein.

Die Ferienwohnung ist nur für 2 Personen gedacht, daher ist der Schrank auch nicht so groß. Im Bad gibt es über dem WC eine ausreichende Ablage. Der Stuhl im Bad wurde von älteren Herrschaften gewünscht, der muss da aber nicht stehen.

sehr tolle Unterkunft
Sehr tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber. Einrichtung top,alles was man braucht. Sehr zentrale Lage. Man kann das Auto abstellen und alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen.
Wir werden diese Wohnung definitiv wieder mieten
