Description
A House very close to the North Sea in Noord Holland (10-15 minutes beautiful walk through the dunes). A large living room with fireplace, two sofas, dining table for 6 persons, TV, DVD player, stereo.
Two bedrooms, both with a two-person bed, and a small but cozy attic room with three extra mattresses. No floor Better!
The living room is about 12 m2 larger than in the other houses marked in the park because two small bedrooms in the living rooms added. These two bedrooms are now in extra-cultivation and the roof space.
Kitchen is refurbished in 2012 and includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher.
Terrace / garden (about 80 m2) on the south, very private because it is the last house in the park.
With washing machine. Wifi (free).
Arrival at any time possible (ie also in the evening).
Great for families, groups of friends and couples.

Location and surroundings of object
All rooms have modern furnishings, the kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. Suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. Up to 6 persons. The sea is a 10-15 minute walk (or bike) accessible. The beach is quiet, family-friendly and wide. The house is located in a quiet, child-friendly bungalow park. The park is equipped with children's playground, table tennis and jeux des boules. Very close there are bicycle rental and an amusement park for children ( "de Goudvis"). A beautiful place for walking and relaxing. The location is easily accessible by car or public transport. The area offers a variety of activities such as, swimming pool, market, museums, etc.

geräumiger Bungalow in ruhiger Lage
Bungalow mit viel Platz, sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, komplikationslose Schlüsselübergabe mit einem am Haus befindlichen Schlüssel-Safe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Paare oder Familien
Wir haben im Haus ein verlängertes Wochenende als Familie verbracht (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind elf Jahre). Das Haus liegt am Ende des Bungalowparks und ist somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit der Übergabe des Schlüssels (Schlüsselkasten mit Code) hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut und wir haben auch nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns in dem Bungalow sehr wohl gefühlt und können ihn nur weiter empfehlen.

Absolut emfehlenswert!
Sehr gemütliche eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allen notwendigen Dingen, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbingen. Besonderes Highlight ist der Kamin .
Wir kommen im Sommer wieder.

Super-Raum-Neu-Ordnung
Mittlerweile kenne ich eine ganze Reihe der "Boerenslag"-Bungalows in Sint Maartenszee. Alle waren sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Das Bungalow Nr 51 von Herrn Kleywegt hat aber eine ganz besondere Qualität dadurch, dass sein Bungalow etwas umgestaltet wurde. Zwei der Schlafräume wurden zum Wohnraum , dafür wurden zwei neue Schlafräume geschaffen. Insgesamt wird die "Schlaferei" von maximal 6 Personen durch diese Umgestaltung entzerrt, und es steht mehr Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Bungalow Nr. 51 und können es sehr weiterempfehlen!

Preis- Leistung -perfekt
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Der Vermieter hat auf alle Anfragen sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert.Der Umgang miteinander ist sehr vertrauensvoll.
Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne Unterkunft, von wo aus man gute Ausflüge unternehmen kann.

Super Ferienhaus!
In Kees Ferienhaus fühlt man sich sofort wie Zuhause! Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und nicht wie die sonstigen Ferienwohnungen. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist im Haus und die Kinder lieben es oben unter dem Dach zu schlafen. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus!
