In the main house there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Adjacent apartment with bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning and heating in the main house and the apartment available. Two large terraces and a large swimming pool, 10 x 4 m in the green area available with palms. Satellite TV screens and Internet (WLAN) are available. Washing machine. Chairs, umbrellas and a barbecue are provided. Cot can be provided.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is about km from the resort and the beach. Walking the city is easily accessible. The house is built on a small hill overlooking the sea. The plot is approximately 800 square meters in size and is very quiet. There are only a few minutes walk to the shopping center Mas y Mas. Small, cozy place on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Valencia. All amenities are available. Many restaurants, many old Spanish restaurants are located in Moraira and in the nearby area. Two beaches with a beautiful beach promenade of palms there in Moraira. The place is not fitted with skyscrapers.

Worth a vacation.
The house is centrally located and away from heavy traffic. Nearby, within a short walking distance, there is a large supermarket, bars, and nice restaurants. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the city center.
The house, with a large plot of land and many seating areas, is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which allows for comfortable sleep even in hot and humid nights.
We found the house in a clean and well-maintained condition. Parking is very convenient on the enclosed property. We would love to come back and become regular guests.

Wir haben hier wunderschöne Ferien verbracht.
Das Haus ist klasse. Traumhafter Pool mit genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten auf den diversen gut möblierten Terassen. Gut ausgestat-tete Küche mit Kühl- Gefrierschrank. Prima Schlaf-zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen. Dusche und Bad inklusive einwandfrei laufender Waschmaschine. Zentral gelegen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Absolute zu empfehlen.

Gerne immer wieder
Wir haben den dritten Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir lieben den Pool, die tolle Lage auf dem Hügel mit der herrlichen Aussicht.
Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und es ist kein Problem, zufuss in den Ort zu gehen.
Der Vermieter sehr unkompliziert.
Kalte Getränke waren bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank.
Das Haus selbst hat eine einfache Ausstattung.
Da wir aber fast nur draussen waren, war das für uns so in Ordnung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great Pool & garden area!
The house is perfect for a trip with the fanily or with friends! The pool area is really nice & clean - perfect for children to play but also for grown ups to enjoy a swim... the garden is fully developed now and offers multiple terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of the day!
The house has a standard equipment - with everything we needed.
The surrounding is very quiet and perfect to relax! The beach is very close by and reachable by foot via a new pathway.
100 % recommended!

Immer wieder gerne
Sehr nettes Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage. Kurze Wege, durch den neuen Gussweg in Moraira kann man von hier jetzt auch gut in die Stadt und zum Strand spazieren.
Pool und Garten sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

I am French I use a translator.
The house is very badly equipped (microwave, washing machine) of another age. The house was very dirty, we must to do the cleaning by arriving. No reception. We shall not return.
As the crow flies near the beach and near the supermarket, but district sloping, very hilly, difficult to access on foot.
For the children the "garden" is very dangerous (paving stone of neglected stone floor), and is not completely enclosed.
Portal difficult to open and more...
Rather reactive owner by e-mail it is the only positive point.
