Dear potential holiday home tenants,
we kindly ask you to book our holiday home via Airbnb.
We offer you a holiday flat in Berlin-Friedrichshagen at the Müggelspree about 500 m in front of the Müggelsee. The flat with a view of Müggelspree and Müggelsee and balcony has space for 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed in the apartment.
The flat consists of a homely room with 6 windows, kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, sitting area with TV and separate desk for writing or reading, and modern shower room.
The cosy bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof.
Both the garden area and the boat mooring can be used by our holidaymakers Fishing, however, is not desired.
Swimming directly from our own jetty is becoming increasingly popular as we now have good water quality. In the nearby water sports centre, all water sports can be learned, boats can be rented, a gym with sauna can be visited.

You have the option of swimming in the Müggelspree from the jetty, spending time in the garden by the water or renting boats or surfboards from the nearby water sports centre.
After a five-minute walk you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (open-air cinema in summer) and restaurants. A quick supply of groceries
Supermarkets within walking distance.
You can explore the immediate surroundings by bike or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At the Müggelsee harbour you have the possibility to take a trip with various motorboats
to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water in the sunshine.
The tram takes you to the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where the famous Köpenick town hall with its Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with its current art exhibitions await you.
From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 min. on foot or by tram), you can dive into the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 min (Friedrichsstraße S-Bahn station and Zoo S-Bahn station).
Our holiday flat is located in an apartment building in Berlin's most wooded and watery district (Treptow-Köpenick), in the Friedrichshagen district, directly on the Müggelspree.
