Description
Idyllic holiday home in Småland with its own small lake behind the garden (approx. 50m) situated in the forest. Living area approx. 80 sqm, 5 rooms for 4 persons (extra beds for up to 7 persons possible). Small boat available. Very good fishing also at lake Mien (approx. 2 km) and lake Tiken (also approx. 2 km). Boats and motors possible at both lakes.
The house is a typical old Småland house with the following equipment:
Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob) plus wood cooker, oven, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dining area. Hot and cold running water.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Hot and cold running water.
Dining room with fireplace.
2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, upstairs 3 additional beds possible for a fee (500 SEK/bed/week)
Sat-TV, small lounge with fireplace.
Large garden with garden furniture, barbecue.
SEK ,- per week - deposit SEK by bank transfer in advance. (refundable after departure by bank transfer) 750 SEK. In low season we charge SEK 250 per week for electricity

Tingsryd is a small town in Smaland with all shopping facilities (supermarket, department stores' etc.), bank, tourist information and all shops for daily needs. Hospital and dentist as well. Post office, petrol stations etc. all available. Nice swimming pool (indoor pool Kaskade) and outdoor pool at the lake available.
