Holiday in a detached villa for up to 8 persons on 2000 sqm plot with pool

4 bedrooms including 3 with 1 Boxspringbed 2m, 1 with 2 single bettern 0,90m x 2m all with a wardrobe. 2 bedrooms with bathroom eigennem.
2 living-dining room one with fireplace
1 kitchen, fully equipped with fridge / freezer cabinet
1 kitchen with washing machine and refrigerator
3 bathrooms, one with bath, two with shower, all with window
OUTDOOR sitting with Ausenbar, barbecue, many lay and opportunities.
Pool approx 6m x 12m with stairs, to deep (Only use regular water control)

The house is a Non smoking home, and this is absolutely not a problem for smokers, because life happens anyway mostly outdoors. With respect to all tenants, we ask you to bear this in mind!

You want to bring your pet (small dog !!)?
This is usually not a problem and also free. However, you also, just arrange it with us before booking. The animal should be housebroken definitely. When bring pets the regulations (vaccinations) in Spain must be observed. Only animals are allowed which have a pet passport (EU law) and have a microchip or tattoo. In dogs from the 3rd month of life is here microchip mandatory!
Location:
The house is situated in a small village in the middle of the orange groves, which is very good for walking. In place Montroy (about 4km away from the house) you will find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, banks.
Aldi and Lidl are only about 15km.
Until Valencia city center and the nearest beach is about 30 km, about 25 km to Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport approximately 150 km. Airport transfer on request extra charge.
Billing is also a night!

Arrival from 16 pm / Departure until 10 am or by appointment
The following extra costs come to rental added:
150, - € and deposit 200, - € to be paid on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded upon proper handover of the leased property.
Bed linen and hand and bath towels are available in the house.
Beach towels for use on the beach must be brought.
Since the house has a solar system they need to schedule any additional electricity costs.
The water heater can about the oil - heating or electricity running. Oil is verechnet the deposit
30% of the rent will be due upon booking and 70% 4 weeks before arrival.
The rental agreement to be concluded is absolutely binding on both parties and only occurs with receipt of the deposit in force.
Key collection is made by our local representative.

Short holiday with friends
We had a great time here with a few friends. Due to the size of the house and the property, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone could do their own thing, but you could also meet in the well-equipped kitchen or in the cosy living/dining area at any time. The large pool invites you to linger, but the beach and Valencia are also easily accessible by car in 30 minutes. Sufficient shopping facilities can be reached in about 5 km.

Super Urlaub
Dieses Jahr nun zum zweiten Mal einen super Urlaub hier verbracht.
Es war alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.
Angefangen von den komplett ausgestatteten Küchen bis hin zu
dem super Pool blieb kein Wunsch offen.

Ganz tolles Haus... Kann man nur weiterempfehlen....
Sehr netter Kontakt, auch mit dem Besitzer, der zufällig vor Ort war.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet so wie das ganze Haus.
Wir würden das Haus immer wieder Buchen.
Super geeignet für 2 Familien, da es 2 Küchen und auch 2 Wohnzimmer gibt.
Wir können es nur empfehlen

Schöne n Urlaub

Kinder Traum
Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern dort, ohne Strees und ohne Gezanke für zwei Wochen.
Ein Traum, schön groß, der Pool nur super und das Wetter sowieso.
Meine Kinder fragen schon immer wieder wann wir wieder in den Urlaub nach Spanien fahren.

nobel Urlauben im Hinterland
wir waren zuerst 12 Tage in dem "kleinen" Haus der Fam. Bruns, siehe dortige Bewertung, und sind dann zwecks Urlaubsverlängerung umgezogen. Das Haus ist schon recht groß, jeweils 2 Küchen/ Wohnbereiche und 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder großzügig auf über 250qm verteilt, im OG mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Großer Pool, Grundstück größer als in der Beschreibung, tippe mal auf knapp 2000 qm. Alles sehr gepflegt, hochwertige Möbel und Technik (Fernseher, W-Lan etc., sowohl Gas, als auch Elektrokochfeld. In dem Bereich von Montroy sind keine brachliegenden Pools, also wenig Mücken, angenehmer als in dem kleinen Haus. Links das Nachbarhaus steht zum Verkauf, rechts ist nur ein Rohbau - daher sehr, sehr ruhig. Nebenkosten gleich null, da Solaranlage. Insgesamt für 2 Familien zu empfehlen, Auto muß sein, ist weit ab vom Schuß!

...besser geht nicht...!
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles! hat gepasst. Das Haus sowie die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Kaum zu Hause, hat uns schon wieder das Fernweh gepackt. Wir haben sofort unseren nächsten Urlaub dort gebucht. Vielen, vielen Dank an die Vermieter und an die Hausverwaltung vor Ort. Ihr seid klasse. Ihr habt in Montroy ein Paradies geschaffen, wo sich jeder nur wohl fühlen kann.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen, ruhigen Siedlung und ist umgeben mit Orangenbaumfeldern. Die Umgebung lädt sehr um Spazierengehen und Wandern ein. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
free time activities: Valencia ist ca. 30 km entfernt und mit dem Auto sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Stadt bietet viel Kultur, hat tolle Einkaufzentren und wunderbare Strände.
shopping facilities: Supermärkte findet man in ca. 2 - 3 km Entfernung. Diese sind sehr gut sortiert und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Mal wieder ein schöner Urlaub :-)
Wir haben die Wochen als Familie mit Kindern sehr in diesem Haus genossen. Die Ausstattung ist kaum zu übertreffen.
Von der Anfrage bis zum letzten Urlaubstag war die Betreuung der Gastgeber super. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt zu jeder Zeit. Gerne kommen wir wieder in dieses schöne Haus.

Schönes erholsames Ambiente. Super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis
Da das Haus etwas abseits liegt, kann man hier einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub verleben. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und tut der Seele einfach gut.
