Our classified 4-star, fine, lovingly and cosy upper floor flat is designed for 4 people.
The completely tiled flat is allergy-friendly and conveys a very special atmosphere of well-being through its high-quality furnishings.
Our open living-dining area and the modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave and other useful kitchen accessories which also invite you to cook for yourself if required.
The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, which provide a unique, luxurious sleeping experience - also ideal for guests with back problems due to their very comfortable entry and exit height. Of course, the bed linen is included.
The bright and friendly bathroom is equipped with a large window and walk-in shower, floor& towel heating, vanity unit, hairdryer, vanity mirror and towels. These are also included with us.
A balcony and a garden shed for storing your bicycles are also available to our guests.

The beautiful dyke with the sandy beach behind it is only about 200 m away.
Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlours, fish stalls, souvenir shops and other small shops are all within easy walking distance. The "Ocean Wave" adventure pool and the adjacent wave park are also within easy walking distance. The North Sea spa Norddeich offers you a variety of leisure activities in all seasons.
Enjoy the clear sea air on bicycle tours, Segway rides or long walks. Take a day trip to Juist or Norderney. Take part in an interesting mudflat tour, or perhaps you would like to learn and experience kiting or surfing.
The "Ocean Wave" adventure pool offers fun and relaxation for the whole family under one roof. A large sauna and wellness area with various relaxation areas invite you to rest and relax. For the little ones, there is a separate children's pool, a giant slide and a sea water pool.
The wave park is located right next to Ocean Wave. There you will find an adventure playground with excavators, rafts and climbing boats, a mini-golf course, a maze and the popular seal breeding stadium.
The surrounding towns and villages are certainly worth a visit.
The town of Norden with its tea museum, the Ludger church and several other museums.
The Golfclub Schloss Lütetsburg is about 6 km away.
Greetsiel with its old fishing harbour is about 15 km away.
The next larger towns of Aurich, Emden and Leer can be easily reached by car, bus or train.

Sehr gut
Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist absolut empfehlenswert, besonders die Betten sind hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist sehr gut , sehr ruhig, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Weiterhin wurde der Hygiene- Standard wegen des Coronavirus erweitert . Ein Desinfektionsmittelspender wurde in der Wohnung angebracht.
Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierhin.
Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft.

Entspannte Tage an der See
Wir haben uns mit vier Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Ausstattung in top Lage. Damit ist eigentlich schon fast alles gesagt.
Die Wohnung war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an heimisch gefühlt und können die Nordperle 6 nur empfehlen.
Trotz bester Lage zum Deich/Meer sowie Restaurant, Bäcker etc. sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch alles andere gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Silvester 2019/2020
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft über Silvester. Mit 4 Erwachsenen hat es gut gepasst. Alles sehr sauber. ( wie zu Haue ) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen. Strandnah und die Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
