A beautiful and well-maintained holiday home for 2 adults and 2 children, in the beautiful French town of Golfe Juan, close to the famous city of Cannes. The Mediterranean Sea, with beautiful sandy beaches and shops are within walking distance in about 15 minutes. The quiet flat is part of a residence. The property covers an area of 70 sqm, is fully equipped (TV, 2 fridges, oven, spacious indoor dining area, large outdoor dining table, nice bathroom with shower, good bed, a private parking space in front of the door, a CD/DVD player and two bicycles, etc.). The flat has 23 m² with covered terrace and a garden bordering a large communal garden and palm trees. The site is enclosed by a fence all around so that children are not able to walk away.

(2 mountenbikes present themselves) Therefore, Cannes and surroundings are the ideal holiday destination during summer and winter. The house is close to: Antibes, Cannes and Juan les Pins. Nearby activities: Golf, cycling, cycle racing, skiing (near Nice), swimming (sea and open air swimming pool), motor boating, sailing, surfing, etc.

Antibes (old town, 10 minutes)
In the old Antibes in the Château Grimaldi arranged as Musée Picasso: a must for lovers of painting. At the top is the domain of millionaires: Cap d'Antibes with beautiful villas and luxury yachts in the Baie des Milliard Aires and market every Thursday morning until 13:00.
Cannes (5 minutes)
This fashionable seaside resort known for its annual film festival that features the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès as its main decoration. Here, in May on the red carpet and on the boulevard "La Croisette" is a hive of activity. Around Palm Beach you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife. This is where the casino is located.
Cannes has a beautiful and long sandy beach where sunbathing is.
Juan Le Pins (10 minutes)
