An unserem Wochenende im Ferienhaus ist uns die Fernbedienung für den Gaskamin kaputtgegangen.
Diese wurde uns dann für 122 € in Rechnung gestellt. Für eine simple Fernbedienung (4 Knöpfe), die im Mediamarkt mit sehr viel umfangreicheren Funktionen Massenware für 10 € darstellt, eine derart hohe Summe zu verlangen, war für uns auf den ersten Blick nicht nachvollziehbar.
Einer mehrmaligen freundlichen Bitte unsererseits, die realen Wiederbeschaffungskosten anhand einer Rechnung vom Hersteller oder ähnliches auszuweisen, konnten oder wollten die Besitzer nicht nachkommen. So hätten wir nachvollziehen können, dass diese Fernbedienung in der Wiederbeschaffung derart teuer ist. Stattdessen drohten Sie uns im letzten Schritt mit einem Inkassoverfahren.
Also bloß nichts kaputtmachen im Haus! Was würden die wohl für einen Stuhl in Rechnung stellen? :)
