You will find peace and relaxation in our completely renovated and newly furnished holiday flat on the ground floor of a former vicarage in the municipality of Liebenburg, Ostharingen district, directly on the Harz mountains.
The total living space is approx. 103 sqm and can be arranged variably, depending on the occupancy. It includes a living room with dining area, up to three bedrooms (1x double room, 2x single room) kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Large hallway area. Outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities
Bicycles brought along are safely stored. One parking space directly at the house.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a high-quality box spring double bed (180x200 cm).
You will find a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. Access to the internet is possible via WLAN. We offer a fast internet connection free of charge (DSL speed up to 50 mBit).
Whether you want to visit the historic old town of Goslar, go on a hike through the Upper Harz Mountains or take a trip to the Brocken, everything is possible from here without much effort. Cycling tours in the surrounding area are an experience
For sunbathing, coffee hours or a barbecue evening, there is enough space on our park-like property. A parking space in the carport is also available for a fee. Bicycles that you bring with you can be stored safely.

The Liebenburg joint municipality with its districts lies directly on the edge of the Harz holiday region. A rural region that offers visitors peace and quiet, but also all kinds of leisure activities.
From hiking to cycling and motorbike tours to summer and winter sports activities, everything is possible in the vicinity.
A mineral water outdoor pool in Liebenburg and a heated saltwave pool (with outdoor pool) in Salzgitter-Bad offer bathing fun as well as relaxation and relief for skin diseases and neurodermatitis at any time of year.

The rental price refers to the occupancy of the flat with one or two persons. Each additional person pays a surcharge of 10 euros per night. If you would like separate bedrooms, a surcharge of 10 euros would also be due. Special conditions for stays of 15 nights or more. As we are not a hotel and offer our accommodation at a very reasonable price, no additional child discounts can be granted. The overnight price includes the final cleaning as well as an initial supply of bed linen and towels, the 50 MBit WLAN connection and a free car parking space. |
Cancellation terms:
We refer to our cancellation terms in our General Terms and Conditions (AGB), which are attached to the booking confirmation/invoice. You can find these here and also on our private homepage linked to this offer. General Terms and Conditions for the Holiday Apartment “Altes Pfarrhaus Ostharingen” Neuer Weg 5, 38704 Liebenburg OT Ostharingen 1) You can make a booking in person, by telephone or in writing. This constitutes an offer to conclude a rental agreement. The rental agreement becomes legally binding upon acceptance of the booking by sending the written booking confirmation/invoice by the landlord or by transferring the deposit. 2) All other agreements between the tenant and the landlord (changes, cancellation, rebooking) require written form (e.g., letter, fax, email). Changes, cancellations, or rebookings by the guest only become effective once they have been confirmed in writing by the landlord. 3) A deposit (normally) of 100 euros is due within 10 days after receiving the invoice/booking confirmation, and the remaining payment is due no later than 6 weeks before rental starts by transfer. In the case of last-minute bookings, the full rental price is due immediately. If the payment does not arrive on time and a payment reminder also fails, the landlord is entitled to rent the apartment to someone else. 4) If the tenant cancels the contract, the following cancellation fees apply: up to 90 days before rental starts 25% of the rental price, but at least 100 euros 89 - 8 days before rental starts 75% of the rental price within a week before rental starts 100% of the rental price There is no right to a partial refund if you leave early. Taking out cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. 5) The rental price includes the utility costs for energy and water as well as a free parking space. A one-time service fee of 30 euros for bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. 6) The handover of the apartment and keys typically occurs between 3 PM and 6 PM. Please contact the landlord by phone before arrival to arrange the time of arrival. This helps to avoid waiting times. The phone number is on the booking confirmation. Departure must generally take place by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. 7) Bed linen and towels that are needed beyond the initial supply can be ordered from the landlord and must be paid for in cash upon departure. 8) In addition to the holiday apartment, the tenant can also use a part of the garden and a terrace with garden furniture. 9) The holiday apartment, its inventory, and the facilities belonging to the house should be treated with care. For hygienic reasons, the tenant ensures that beds are only used in a made-up condition. The landlord must be allowed access to the holiday apartment during the rental period. The cleaning of the holiday apartment, including garbage disposal, is to be taken care of by the tenant during the rental period. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment should be broom-clean. Dishware not washed/dried will be charged at a flat rate of 10 euros. The dishwasher must be emptied. 10) The landlord/property manager is only allowed to accommodate the number of people listed in the rental agreement. Minors are only allowed to stay in the presence of adults. Pets are not allowed. Subletting of the holiday apartment or the accommodation of additional people by the tenant is prohibited! 11) There is no liability for damage caused by force majeure. The failure of the energy or water supply, not due to the landlord's fault, does not lead to any claims for damages by the tenant. 12) The tenant agrees to immediately report any damages caused by them during the rental period to the landlord and to compensate for them. The tenant is obliged to do everything reasonable to rectify a defect (duty to mitigate damages). The main tenant is personally liable even for slight negligence, as well as for damages caused by accompanying persons. Defects noticed upon moving in must be reported to the landlord on the day of arrival. 13) Should any provision become invalid, the other provisions shall remain valid. 14) Goslar is agreed as the legal venue.

The landlords are very nice, the apartment is large and beautifully furnished.
The location is quiet, the garden is beautiful. It's quick to get to the Harz. We would love to come back.

Beautiful and quiet location
If you're looking for a clean, spacious and quiet vacation apartment, this is exactly right. We enjoyed our vacation very much. It's located in a quiet area, but very close to Goslar and tourist hotspots. We'd love to come back again.

The short holiday with the Michael and Rosi Appelt family was a complete success.
We liked it very much, there was nothing to complain about, everything was clean and nicely furnished. Fam: Mack daughter and grandson felt very comfortable in the flat. Five stars plus half a starry sky....

Thank you to the Appelt family for the friendly welcome and for always being available for questions. We can only recommend the vacation apartment. It is very cozy and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house is located slightly off the beaten path in beautiful, quiet nature. With a car, you can reach many beautiful places.
