Description
The cosy holiday flat consists of a bathroom with shower and WC, bedroom, a spacious kitchen with 2 electric hotplates, a large living room with sofa bed and dining area, wood-burning stove and TV. Next door there is a small hallway with an electric water heater and a washing machine. From the living room you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Apuan Alps and our Mediterranean garden. A covered outdoor seating area is located in front of the entrance door of the holiday flat on the 1st floor incl. a small wooden seating set for 2 persons. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with a sunshade and a 4-seater seating group ready for the guests! There is also a small barbecue!

The apartment is located on the right side of the only road to the village footpath to the left about 85 meters from the road in a quiet idyllic location. The road to the house is through a twisty romantic medieval hill town. By a beautiful portal with stone staircase leads to the house. Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The spacious living room offers up to 4 Sleeps, 2 sofa beds, but the rental is ideal for 4 people! For seniors who are on foot, the fortified village road is not a problem! The bathrooms include a Gästefön.
