Villa Gabi is a new house with 3 apartments, two downstairs and one upstairs.
Apartment A1 (ground floor) has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, large living room (Schlafmoglichkeit for 2 persons in separate beds) kitchen, dining room, large garden terrace under our maple in shadow, bathroom (shower, WC + second small toilet), washingmachine and Hairdryer: air conditioning, TV. Apartment cca 65 m2.
Internet - WiFi possible.
Apartment A2 is located on the first floor, it has one bedroom and 3 sleeping places in the living room. Complete eingerichtette kitchen, big balcony, bathroom (shower, toilet), washingmachine and Hairdryer, air conditioning and TV. Apartment cca 75 m2.

Apartment A3 - ground floor, next to pool. There are two bedrooms, a large living room, a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, small second toilet, and nice terrace. The total capacity for 6 people (4 + 2).

New pool has about 30 m2.
In addition to the new pool, a new Aussegrill for your disposal.
The sea is about 800 meters away and there are numerous bays with crystal clear water ... The way to the sea is paved.
Parking (private) next to the house is in the shade.

Villa Gabi is on its way to the Bay Kalavojna, where there are no nearby houses. Village Rakalj located on the eastern coast of Istria, a few kilometers from the sea and about 30 km from Pula. Rakalj was known in the past for the traditional Istrian pottery.
For trippers and visitors from the surrounding villages, the place is attractive because of its cultural and historical heritage due to its ethnographic collection of old Istrian objects.
Because the surrounding countryside is striking because of their natural beauty, Rakalj is just the thing for those who like to spend their holiday in the countryside.
Villa Gabi is located far away from you get the rest ... The way to the sea is paved and it is possible to the beach by car.

Super great
We were 4 families and had rented the entire house in June. We liked it very, very much. Nice apartments, great pool, the sea within walking distance, great hosts, very helpful. An absolutely successful vacation. The weather was warm and you could swim in the sea and also in the pool. The rocky beach is secluded and not crowded. In the village there is a small convenience store where you can buy the essentials. Accommodation highly recommended.

Pure relaxation
Rakalj is a beautiful idyllic village?but also very remote. Shopping, petrol and more are between 20 and 30 km away
Mrs Stepanovic helped us find our way to the flat. Also the Stepanovic family is super and helps where they can. Many thanks again for everything. The three of us stayed in flat A1, which was really big and beautiful, clean and well maintained in every area. There was also disinfection and everything was available. The outdoor area with the pool is very nice and nothing stands in the way of sunbathing.

Much more beautiful than in the photos!
The accommodation should really update its photos, as many things have been improved and renovated. Accordingly, we were very positively surprised. Very nice house (flat A2), especially the pool and garden.
The flat is relatively close to the sea, but otherwise rather "somewhere in the middle of nowhere". This did not bother us, because with the pool, the sea and the supermarket we had everything we needed.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in neuwertigem Zustand mit hervorragender Ausstattung!
Es hat einfach alles gepasst, die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen! Herrlich ruhige Lage, ein Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen. Großer Pool im Garten mit Sommerküche.

Traumhaus in Rakalj
Sehr schönes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf. Es ist das letzte Haus auf dem Weg zur Badebucht. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Wohnung 1 ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung entspricht wirklich 1:1 den Fotos. Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Einrichtung.
Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Pula unternommen, da es in Rakalj außer Baden keine Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Rakalj ist ein kleines Dorf mit einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen. in ca 1 km Entfernung ist eine sehr schöne Badebucht.
free time activities: Außer der Badebucht gibt es nicht viele Möglichkeiten.
shopping facilities: Kleiner Lebensmittelladen im Ort, ansonsten muss man bis Pula fahren. Dort gibt es alles was man braucht.
