The apartment is close to the beach at a distance of 80 meters. Free sandy beach or equipped beach are available with a clean sea, again awarded for the 2014 with the "Bandiera Blu". The apartment is part of a typical resort building, surrounded by a small private park with oaks and pines. It is composed of two bedrooms, one dining room, one separate small kitchen, one bathroom, one dining-terrace. It has been renewed in 2007 and 2014 for external, and it can arrange 4 persons in separate bedrooms (double bed and bunk-bed) and other 2 persons in the dining-room equipped with a double sofa-bed. The small kitchen room is furnished with fridge, freezer and oven. The bathroom has shower and washing-machine. The dining-terrace is equipped with two sun-umbrellas, dining-table with chairs and two deck-chairs. The apartment is equipped with TV, safe box, ceiling-fans, cooking and dining furnitures, heating facilities. Pets are not allowed. Linen and towels are not available.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a residential area (Principessa area) two km south to the centre of San Vincenzo. A bus line and a bike way also link with the city centre. The Principessa residential area is immersed in an oak and pinewood, close to a wide several km long sandy beach, with free public access or with fully equipped payment access. Magnificent view of the Tuscan Archipelago. The bikeway directly connects with the naturalistic Rimigliano Park. Restaurants, food-shops, equipped children playground, bike-rental are located near the apartment. San Vincenzo is a nice small town located in the heart of the Etruschi coast, between Livorno and Grosseto towns, well connected with trains and highway. San Vincenzo has a new small touristic harbour and a lively city centre with shops, restaurants, café. Sport activities as tennis and football may be enjoyed at the sport centers; a modern swimming pool/acquatic park is also available. Walking and biking lovers of nature can frequent the naturalistic Park of Rimigliano, with a beautiful mediterranean wood at the side of a free sandy beach, just south of San Vincenzo. The San Vincenzo beaches have been awarded again for the 2014 with the "Bandiera Blu". A lot of cultural, relaxing or sporting attractions or facilities can be offered by the Etruschi coast, few km far from San Vincenzo:
-the scenographic Baratti Gulf with free beaches and the Populonia Park, one of the most famous etruscan archeological site;
-the Park of San Silvestro, an unique archeological-mineralogical park site with a modern museum;
-the Venturina thermal warm bath in a roman scenario;
-the harbour of Piombino with easy ferry connections with the Elba Island and the others islands of the Tuscan Archipelago;
-the magnificent woods of the inland areas with typical tuscan villages (Campiglia , Suvereto, Sassetta, Castagneto Carducci).

Highly recommended!
The landlords were very friendly and helpful! The flat was very clean, has a very nice big balcony and is right by a small grocery shop, two pizzerias (very good) and the beach is nearby. San Vincenzo has many good restaurants and a very nice town centre to stroll around.

Nice holiday apartment
This apartment is very well equiped. We spend already third summer there ( 2 adults + 2 kids). It is situated in quiet part of San Vincenzo. Distance to the beach is about 3-5 minutes (walking). We were always happy there and would come back anytime. Recommended!
