Do you love wellness, peace, wind and water? And do you want to relax completely? Then our bungalow (5 pers) is something for you.
- On a small very well maintained park stands on a
- fenced plot (750m²) you will find our luxurious bungalow on an excellent beach
- Fishing-, driving- and swimming water.
- Solid bathing ladder present.
- Own mooring place (32m).
Only owners and tenants have free access to the marina/water park.
- Possibility to rent a sloop in Workum to make beautiful sailing tours through Friesland.
- IJsselmore beach nearby.
- Kite surfing (learn)
- Children's playground at the Marina Park. 50m.
- 2 private parking spaces next to the bungalow.
- Two terraces and enough garden furniture.

For every booking, we charge € 95,00 for final cleaning, € 10,00 for each bed made up
and visitor's tax: € 1,25 per person per night.

When you arrive, the bungalow is clean and your beds are made.
Possibility to rent towel packages. 1 package: 1 very large bath towel and 2 normal towels, costs € 7,50 per package. (not obligatory).
Internet access: Wifi in your holiday home, during your holiday, included.
When you want to fish, you need a fishing licence.
1 fishing licence per person per week costs € 10,00
We can take care of that.
Our wake-up day is Saturday.
We only rent by the week.

Location and surroundings of object
The luxes bungalow is situated on the water park It Soal. This small park is well maintained net schwissen IJsselmehr the beach and the town of Workum. A generous plot of land (750 square meters) of the bungalow is on the water. At 50 meters is a good restaurant and 250m is a shop where men can buy fresh bread every day. With the sloop man kan free through the lock and bridges of Workum. Friesland is a water Provincie. Each village or municipality is to reach the water. How nice it is to for example to drive through the narrow gap to Hindeloopen. So you can enjoy of the nature, birds and the countryside. Workum is the oldest town of Friesland. The historic center atment in the summer months, a roaring Atmosfehr, by the many terraces and cozy shop. Workum is known by the Museum of Jopie Huisman. Also in Workum are many art Galeries: Workumer ceramics and the gallery of Bauke Feenstra with his beautiful watercolors. The old church must have seen man with his painting of the bear.

Pure soul holiday
We have booked this bungalow for the 3rd time now and are simply thrilled. Here everything is
in our opinion everything is right. The landlords are simply nice. The equipment of the bungalow
leaves nothing to be desired. The location with a large terrace and garden directly on its own jetty is ideal for
not only for barbecue evenings. Here you can relax and unwind. The bungalow complex
is quiet, very well maintained and nice to look at. In just a few minutes you can walk to the
Marina with a nice restaurant, and the beach is also within walking distance. More is not possible. We would like to come back again and again.

Simply a nice relaxing short holiday
We were thrilled with the house. There was everything we wanted and were used to at home. There was even a senseo machine for a quick coffee in the morning. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is quiet and if you get up early enough you can see a great natural spectacle at sunrise. We can only recommend it to everyone
