The fascinating location of our holiday home - on the sun terrace of Schruns - will inspire you as soon as you arrive with the unique panoramic view alone.
The first view - impressive nature up close - one of the most beautiful mountain worlds of the Alps with the Mittagsspitze, Zimba and much more.
Our south-facing flats are all equipped with bath/shower/WC, cable TV, internet access, telephone, balcony with a magnificent panoramic view, bed linen, towels and fully equipped kitchens or a kitchenette (flat 1).
A total of 4 flats in Haus Kasimir (from approx. 28m² to approx. 80m²) and two apartments in Chalet Außerlitz (from approx. 80m² to approx. 115m²) are available to our guests.
In winter, 5 snow-assured skiing areas with over 200 km of slopes and 61 lifts await you within a radius of 5-15 km, which can be reached comfortably and in a short time by ski bus (stop in front of the house).

Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is ideally located in the centre of the valley - 4 minutes walk to the village centre - 2 minutes by car to the gondola or conveniently by ski bus. Ski bus stop directly at the chalet - approx. 3 minutes' drive to the gondola!
Winter Schruns is the ideal starting point for all skiing areas in the Montafon with 73 lifts and over 200km of prepared slopes. Winter sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth
Right on the doorstep is the Hochjoch ski area with three cable cars, nine lifts, easy slopes, difficult runs, the longest ski tunnel in the world and the adventure park for children - Dreamland. In Dreamland, the youngest guests are introduced to the fascination of "snow" in a playful and fun way. Stories are brought to life and children's dreams come true. In addition to many surprises, conveyor belts as ascent aids, log cabins, tubing tracks and last but not least the 3 frogs Nelly, Tumpy and Croxy ensure a great atmosphere for the little ones.
In just a few minutes by car you can reach the other mountain railways and lifts of the great Montafon ski region The largest range of leisure and recreational activities for all requirements and all ages can be found in Schruns-Tschagguns. Boredom is a foreign word here: art, culture, sport and entertainment, there is something for every taste. In addition to the magnificent landscape and the Hochjoch, Golm and Grabs mountain lifts, Schruns-Tschagguns is home to Vorarlberg's largest sports and leisure park, the "Aktivpark Montafon", with an outdoor adventure pool, covered children's park, adventure forest, skating rink, tennis courts, etc. Schruns-Tschagguns also has a 9-hole golf course, an indoor tennis court, the Aquaweg, paragliding, children's entertainment, the local history museum, the art forum, a nature trail, the Alpine Garden and numerous shopping opportunities.
