Delightful holiday apartment for two/four people to rent in Sale Marasino, a charming village on Lake Iseo about 25km from Brescia, and 70/80 km from Bergamo (Orio al Serio airport).
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a villa divided into 5 flats in a peaceful residential area just 50 metres from the lakeside. There’s a pretty garden, large terraces where you can eat and sunbathe and an enchanting view of the lake and Montisola.
Living room – kitchen with two enormous ceiling to floor windows along the entire side of the room providing superb lake view, sofa, television, Kitchen:fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc, washing-machine
The bedroom has a double bed while the sofa bed in the living room can sleep two. The bathroom has a shower.
Outside: Garage, Garden with lawn and deckchair area, Covered terrace with enchanting view of lake, deckchairs, bench and table

From the flat it\'s just ten minutes walk (two minutes by car) along the lake or through the olive groves to the centre of Sale Marasino, where you can find all facilities from banks to shops, bars, “gelaterie”, restaurants and the Lake ferry stop Sale Marasino is on the Brescia – Edolo railway line and is an ideal base for exploring Lake Iseo, with Montisola, the largest lake island in Europe as well as small towns along the lakeside such as Iseo, Lovere, Pisogne and Sarnico, the wine –producing area of Franciacorta, and the beautiful natural environment of an area which has not yet been discovered by the mass tourism which characterizes other lakes in the north of Italy but which is also handy for day trips to historical cities of art and culture like Verona, Bergamo, Brescia and Mantova or for the more adventurous the mountains and ski resorts of ValleCamonica, the spa and beauty centre in Boario Terme and the rock art in Capo di Ponte.
