welcome to our new holiday flat at Residenz Hohe Lith. The modern and comfortable 2-room flat of approx. 49 sqm offers space for up to four people. It is located on the 1st floor (2nd floor) and is easily accessible by lift.
The flat consists of a living/bedroom with separate dining area, a bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe/storeroom, as well as a west-facing balcony from which you can enjoy the evening sun.

The Hohe Lith residence is located in the middle of the recreational area of the Cuxhaven-Duhnen district, directly behind the dyke in a traffic-calmed street. In just a few steps you can reach the fine sandy beach with the charming promenade up to the Kugelbake
In the direct vicinity and within easy walking distance you can reach the village square in Duhnen or the seawater indoor swimming pool "Ahoi". Supermarkets, bakers and varied gastronomy are also in the immediate vicinity. The much-visited North Sea spa town of Cuxhaven is located on the westernmost shore of the Elbe estuary, which is 15 km wide here.
The beaches of the town, which became a seaside resort in 1816, extend away from the harbour in the districts of Duhnen, Döse and Sahlenburg.
Northwest of Cuxhaven, the islands of Neuwerk and Scharhörn lie in the mudflats at a distance of 12 and 17 km respectively. Administratively, both belong to the federal state of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, but they are the easiest to reach from Cuxhaven. Namely by boat, or at low tide by horse-drawn carriage or by mudflat hike.
About 5 km west of the centre is the seaside resort of Duhnen, which was incorporated in 1935, with a beautiful beach, promenade, spa centre and indoor seawater swimming pool "Ahoy".
At the northernmost tip of the island, in the district of Döse, is the spa park with its green spaces, adventure playground, penguin pool and bird aviaries. Residenz Hohe Lith consists of a total of four buildings with particularly modern and comfortably equipped holiday flats for 1-6 people.
House 4 houses the wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, which is available daily free of charge for guests of the entire complex.
In the outdoor area there is a small playground with sandpit, swing, slide and seesaw for our little guests.
Our flat comes with a free parking space in the underground garage.
Each flat has free LAN/W-LAN internet access and you can receive SKY (Cinema, Sport 1, Football Bundesliga and Disney Cinemagic) in the entire complex.
Each house offers a lift, lockable bicycle rooms, coin-operated washing machines and dryers and a car park.

Very well kept flat!
Very well maintained flat and complex.
The equipment of the flat is like new and lovingly furnished
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need
The service staff is very nice and helpful
Spontaneous bookings are possible at any time and are handled in an uncomplicated way
